Just made a quick stop the other day. Needed some hair color and new gel polish. Had the best experience with the store manager Marina. I will definitely be back. Great staff nicest girls EVER.

Sallys beauty store seems to go down hill. The store rarely has stuff in stock. Price for pros has changed. Very old school I feel it might be the next store to close down.

The workers were not eager to help at all. Maybe because the didnt know theyre products? And it was like an oven in there. I even asked what the temp was set on they said 76! I have asthma and couldnt breathe I had to leave 😪

Doesnt answer phone when you are calling to talk to an sales person and gives the time twice. Phone automatically hangs up when press 3. Last time I went in the sales person was knowledgeable of products.

Great service at the store... Online order was not great missing item and when I try to reach out to customer service no answer. I emailed multiple times and still no solution.

They sold me a broken hair clipper....now I see why they have a no return policy,....not ok to sell defective merchandise.....There is at least two other Sally shops within 30 minutes of this one....take the time and check those first.

Bad customer service. Blonde hair chubby girl didn’t even ask if I needed help, but she did ask another customer if she needed anything. Very rude.

Good pricing if you know exactly what your looking for

The employees are really bad, yesterday 7/21 I was after work and they didnt apply the right price to the product I purchased. They didnt know how to return an item in their system and not even undestood, why the system didn t apply the 50% off for the 2nd item. Bad training!! Also I remarked the system is not working properly and the cashier answer back to me with attitude that system is working ok. Definitely I understood that she didnt know what to say, but she wanted to have the last word. Having proof of the 2nd item was in my receipt with full price not the discounted price.

The girls that work there really have no knowledge about hair products. Any time I have asked them a question about what the difrence is between two products they just repeat what ever it says on the box.
