We arrived at OHare hotel at 3:45 pm on a SUNDAY with a nail in our tire.. Two tire shops showed Open on the map within 2 miles. The closest place was Just Tires, which was actually Closed upon arrival. Next stop was, Firestone Tire. Thankfully they were actually open, but closing within minutes of arrival.. Even though it was late employee, Gerardo, greeted us professionally, found a tire quickly and got us taken care and back on track within 45 minutes beginning to end!Him and the other Techs in the shop definitely deserve praise for the jobs theyre doing! Id definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. Speak with Gerardo if you can!

Absolutely terrible service, was told I couldn’t get an oil change and was given no other option or reason why, very unprofessional. it would be different if I was given the option to reschedule but just telling me I couldn’t get an oil change and that’s it when the store offered full service made no sense to me . I would suggest training your employees on how to deal with situations like this.

This Firestone location is great! They are super busy and I can see why. I came in for a tire issue and they had me in and out in about an hour. Ishmael answered the phone and was professional and friendly. He helped me with my problem with a smile and made my day. I will go back to this location for my new tires in the fall. In a couple of weeks I will return for a wheel alignment and I will buy the lifetime warranty. Thank you to the great team at this Firestone outstanding service.

Got there at 7:01am for an Avis oil change. At 8:01 I was driving off. It got busy quick, but wouldnt mind waiting for good service next go

High prices. We had and emergency and we were over charge. Also they attempted to suggest some repairs that added up to nearly $1,000. I am a mechanic I told them we didnt need those repairs just repair what we wanted and we paid for that simple repair. We will not go back unless of course theres another emergency but we would avoid this facility Firestone 💯

It’s January and I don’t want to be out in the cold fixing my 1996 Ford e-150 so I had it towed to Firestone. I dropped it off and they fixed it. I then thought what the heck let them fix everything else that’s wrong with it, so I dropped about $1,700. So far everything is working like it should. I just might go back and have them fix one more thing.UPDATE:Radiator was replaced but soon after it was leaking coolant. So I took it back and Jason said “looks like we didn’t put the hoses all the way in.”Brake lines, pads and rotors were replaced. Test drove my van in their parking lot and my brakes felt spongy. I left the place thinking they probably didn’t bleed the system. So I went to Pep Boys and what do you know... my suspicions were correct.I purchased 4 cooper tires with the help of Jason. So obviously I wanted an alignment. Drove it home pulling to the right. W T F! Next day I went to a local tire shop. They told me an alignment wasn’t possible because my van needed more repairs. Why didn’t Firestone tell me this? I don’t know. I did spend close to $3,000 with them. What’s another $1,500. Had the tire shop perform the repairs and guess what? Van drives like a dream.Anyways after all that I go back to have them read my vans inner brains with their scanner. Jason tells me on a Saturday “ it’s some sensors, that’ll cost you $350.” I’m like cool set me up for next Saturday. Next Saturday comes and Juan tells me “we’re busy today we can’t fit you in.” 🤦🏻‍♂️ Alright I’ll leave it here then. Left it there for 3 days. I arrive expecting the sensors Jason told me about to be replaced but i instead get a technician telling me “your van is fine there’s nothing wrong with it.” So my car was sitting there for 3 days not being worked on? I ask the technician. He says “yeah.”Anyways I’m stilling going back for a tune up. I haven’t lost hope yet. Maybe after they destroy my engine I’ll give them a one star. They did well but waiting time for 2 tire swap with advanced appointment was 2 hours. Better bring good book or a movie with you and forget about visit without appointment because you may wait entire day

They dont know how to do alignment. They just changed my toe, didnt even touch my camber . I went to other place and they did it correctly. I dont recommend them .

Good basic service for maintenance items on your vehicle but I find that they may be limited if you have a higher end car or a car that is technologically advanced.

They dont even know what they do. I took my car for an alignment and they werent able to do it, they came up with a lot of excuses and you made me lose my time had to go like 6 times. Then I took it somewhere else and got the alignment done in 1 hour.Really bad costumer service too I wouldnt recommend anyone going there and Im never going back!

Did a prepay online for 4 tires on 5-19-20 and the appointment was for 5-23-20 at 10am. I make it to the store around 9:40 or so and the guy tells me the tires not in they have to go get them. He said he would call me when they make it. So I get a call probably like 45 mins to a hour later saying the tires came to come in so I make it there just for the guy to tell me they’re not going to get to my car until like 3 to 4 hours and I’m like how I had a appointment for 10am its not my fault that the tires wasn’t in that I’ve ordered 4 days before. Then the guy tells me just because I make a appointment for that time only mean they’ll get to my car that day it doesn’t mean they’ll get to it that time(called Corp they said no if I make a appointment for 10am then I should have been serviced around 10am depending if they didn’t have there bay’s filled with other customers who booked for earlier time). Declined the service because I was going to be waiting for probably 4hrs for them to bring my car in and to put the tires on was going to be like another 1hr or so that’s like 5hrs before I get my car back. I should of been honored my spot back because I wasn’t late it’s their fault for not having the tires I ordered 4 days before. Don’t know if other locations like this but this location I wouldn’t recommend. The guy lied. They just completely moved me to the back of the line so what’s the point in making a appointment time and they don’t honor it?

Took my car in for an emergency oil change at 6:30pm - Israel helped and took me in with no problem even though they were closing soon. During the inspection they found my headlight was out. He asked me if I wanted the service and order the part knowing they would have to stay after 7pm. They took their time and made me feel extremely welcome! I left the facility almost at 8pm with my oil change and a headlight. I appreciate the help to all the staff

Service advisor Israel need to learn how to provide options to customers. Went for estimate on brakes and was told $950 for pads and rotors. The service advisor did not offer any other options. I went to a different place GTO and they asked for $500 and I had the option of just doing the front pair for $250 since the back were not as bad. I understand is a business but this Firestone need to learn how to sale to all customers. No details were give to me over the phone on why it was such a high price. At least sale the reason why you want to steal $950 for pads and rotors. And after that I was charge their standard $22 for vehicle inspection. They should have said they were busy and unable to take care of me today instead of what was done and wasting 3hrs of my time. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Firestone locations anytime soon.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at this location and go there regularly. They are honest about work that needs to be done (and DOESNT need to be done) and honest about the time you can expect to wait. If its busy, they tell you its busy and what to expect and when you can come back for faster service. Very polite and patient explaining issues. Good prices. Quality service. Clean facility.Good location if you have kids and have to wait for your car. They have a bunch of toys for kids to play with, TV, and a charging station for Apple and Android devices. Dennys and McDs across the street.

This Firestone is getting three star review based on getting my car in today for a simple belt swap. Though the price which was pretty high for such a job.

Mark and Miguel are great guys!!! They took the time to diagnose problems I was having with my 2007 Honda Pilot. I couldnt figure what was causing the vehicle not to drive smooth. Miguel was able to find two issues with the vehicle and personally show both of them to me. Both issues were unrelated to the new tires they installed, which I suspected might be the cause. They eased my concerns, by spending the time to figure what what causing the issues with the vehicle. I cant say enough about them! I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle there for future needs!

Drained my excess motor oil and for free. They were professional about it telling me it will take a while since they have to leave it at a desirable level

On Saturday, I took my wifes car in for an oil change. It was $25. That price seemed fair. On Monday, I brought my car into Firestone for an oil change and the bill was $31+ Both cars use the same oil by the way.When I asked why there was a price difference, it was explained to me that there was a $20 coupon that was applied to hers, but that they could only find a $10 one for mine?? This is one of the reasons I do not use Firestone as often as I could. Your prices are higher than most. $25 for an oil change seems fair, but why does that price have to occur only if a $20 coupon is found. It would be nice if your prices were consistently fair without a coupon.

Went there because my car started making a loud noise while I was driving home from work. Firestone employee would not look at my car to let me know if I can drive it home or not. He said he only had one mechanic today and 4 cars to work on. Did not give me any other options except to leave my car there until tomorrow! He could see how stressed out I was and just moved on to the next customer. See you NEVER Firestone.

I visited this store Saturday and was impressed all the way around. Juan and his team are amazing guys to work with. They were upfront and honest about everything. I did not feel cheated or pressured in any way. They got my car fixed on time and were polite and kind the entire time.

Great experience every time I come here. these guys do great work. sometimes I find lower prices elsewhere but they price match with a written estimate.

Took my pick up here on a Sunday as they were the only shop opened. My brake line had burst due to corrosion so I needed new brake line. Said they couldnt get to it until Monday so i left it with them. On Monday they called and said that relacing the break line would be $1,200! Now, im preety mechanically inclined and do most of my own work most of the time. I know brake line is pretty cheap, especially when youre a shop and can get it discounted. So they marked up the brake line quite a bit and charged over 700 in labor alone. Have never used them and dont know how much they charge for regular maintenance, but based on this interaction i will never be using them. Guy at the desk was indifferent and customer ssrvice was not great. Took my truck to a different mechanic shop up the street and they got it done and repaired in a day for less than $300, and they didnt charge me a $30 inspection fee. Avoid this place and always get quotes from a few places!!!

The only firestone i go to. I live in Chicago and come all the way out here because these guys are fast and they do solid work. I have never had to come back with the same problem or something else related to the original problem.

Incredible emergency service! I was headed to St Louis for a funeral. My cars low tire pressure came on near the OHara oasis where a check found a front tire that had been replaced a month ago was 10 lbs low. The light did not go out with added air! Google Maps found this Firestone store. The manager took the car in, listened to me recite the cars history only to have his technician tell him the tire was fine....after a second check with the same result, the tech replaced the valve stem just to be cautious, sealed it all up and the manager told me there was no charge because he couldnt identify for certain the problem. He and his technician had truly found the problem as the tire was perfect all 300+ miles to St. Louis and back the next day! The replaced valve stem obviously was the difference and the service, conscientious, professionalism and integrity the manager and his crew displayed are worth a long review of the highest level. Thank you just doesnt cover their great job.

Gave them the make and model of my truck over the phone for an oil change. I was told it will be $46 because of a special and when I got there now its $75. The guy told me its $46 for the regular but $75 for the synthetic. How can the price change when I gave them the make and model over the phone.

They should better plan appointments to serve their customers, as the time wasted is too much, waiting for a vehicle to be inspected. In addition, only 1 person attends, when there should be three, as seen in the customer service room and we already missed an appointment with them because they did not have tires or oil for a pickup 🛻. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
