They lack knowledge and communication of their own hours. I get off work at 6pm so I called asking for their fitting room hours and I was told fitting room was open til 7:30. I get there way before that and the fitting room was blocked off. I found some girl with a ghetto attitude claiming she was “in charge” and that whoever told me the fitting rooms closes at 7:30 “doesn’t know what they’re talking about.” It’s kind of an inconvenience to purchase clothes without knowing how they fit. Be more clear about your hours and hire employees that aren’t miserable.

My favorite store since living in Franklin Park. I always love their selection and low prices. Kids grow so fast and I am a person who buys a shirt and will probably not use it again. Perfect store to shop for a one time wear outfit.

One of the worse stores ever! I traveled nearly an hour to get here to purchase my son some clothes only to be told by a nasty attitude sales lady that the dressing room is closed. I asked how can anyone make a purchase without trying it on first. She simply replied, “that’s the way it is”. No apology or anything. I walked out the store as she glanced at me with a dirty look on her face. I will never patronize this store again!! The clerk that I encountered was heavy set, blond hair in a pony tail and looked real dingy. I will be reporting her nasty, unprofessional attitude to corporate offices!!!!

They have good prices I like them.

Very nice Forman Mills way better than the one in Lansing IL, this one was clean.and had a better selection of clothes. I will be back soon

Hubby and I went in looking for specific items, AND FOUND THEM!! There werent many people there, so shopping around was a breeze. The store was clean and larger than a few others that Ive been to. The associates were nice and gave us a laugh or two, even sang along with the music! Signed up for the rewards program and saved 10% today too!! We will definitely be back!

While still shopping I asked an associate where was the restroom and we told The customers are not allowed to use the restroom. I said please and was told, No exception. I LEFT THE MERCHANDISE IN THE CART. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Cheap good clothes for kids in school and adults needing simplet-shirts.

Totally love this place. Name brands for great prices. I also have to share my fabulous experience recently with employee Sarah. She rang up a coat I purchased for my son and after I paid, I remembered a text I received for 15% off, and mentioned it to her. I thought it was too late to get it, but she assured me she could easily re-ring the purchase and give me the 15%. She sure did. I was surprised and pleased with her quick customer service. Pretty messed up that they claim they open at 9 am. I was here at 9:38 and the doors were closed I knocked a worker with a black sweater just looked at me. And walked away.

Customer service was good, but not enough cashiers. Dont overwork your employees...they get overworked and it shows in the attitude.Too many men clothes and not enough women clothes..

Im really starting to like this store alot

The manager at the location started acting completely rude as the store closed. We waited to pay as they charged another customer then they started kicking us off because i was on a call and they was too eager to exit their job.

They have a really large selection for all ages/sizes. Store seems to be pretty well taken care of, but a few sections of it could use a touch up. Didnt have the chance to spend a lot of time here, but from what I did see, you should be able to find a few things at good prices. Ill probably check it out again

I love Forman Mills. The best prices, great clothes... I disagree with some of the other comments that compare Forman Mills to a second hand store or a thrift store...are we even talking about the same store? No you won’t find the latest styles and trends at Forman Mills, maybe stuff from the year before but nonetheless it’s still brand new brand name clothes at prices that simply can’t beat. The staff has always been great and accommodating. No complaints here.

A great place to shop. Always busy, great prices. Some of their items are not the best quality I bought some Uniform pants that I need to return because size not always true and some items have shrank when walked. Overall its a very affordable place to shop.

Im giving this 5 stars because you get what you should expect from this store. They have heavily discounted items, mostly clothes but also some other household items. I consider it a step up from a thrift store but sometimes at thrift store prices.

I was looking for some underwear but was only able to purchase 1 package of 3 garments.I asked a worker and he said whatever was on the floor is what he had.

Went school shopping and left out of there with 9 shirts two pair of shorts a slide for my two-year-old daughter and a pair of shoes that actually have lights on them and paid under $60 so if that wasnt ultimate I dont know what will be so if you know any store that got better deals let me know but until then Ill be atForman Mills meet me there or better yet Beat me there ;)

Clothes are made from super cheap material first wash and you have to buy another.

Forman Mills needs to stock up on more clothes. Especially jeans for plus size.

Nice fair prices on jeans, coats, shoes, plenty of kid clothes, households, and a variety of odd ball items. I found a little fold up doggie/kitty house for just $9 my dog loves it.I also found 7 t shirts of different colors for $10 thats hard to find anywhere so Im happy and saved a couple dollars

Best place to buy cheap clothes. Not the best quality so don’t think you are getting polo brands lol. I usually get work apparel here.

I share this place with everyone I know. The prices are amazing and the quality of the clothes is remarkable. I will be going back to buy reasonably priced clothing for my son. I definitely recommend this location and any other Forman Mills locations.

Prices reasonable, aisles n racks tight, you have to be patient. Its a hit or miss. There sizes are limited. Worth the stop. I always find few things we can use. Never had to wait long to pay for my items. Go shopping during off peak times.

Found a good cheap pair of rain boots here, not much else that I was interested in.

Ghetto and unorganized winter clothes out when im trying to shop in the summer, their plus size section is petty, shoe section is even more petty. If you had to shop here just dont buy clothes at all, the one star is for their homes section you can find some pretty decent home goods.

Clean, well-organized store. Mostly clothing. Some housewares. Low prices because many articles are irregulars.

Price ring up wrong at the register and cashiers refuse to honor the price stated at the rack. Even after youve snapped a picture of the price and showed it to the cashier. This kind of deceptive pricing is bad business and frowned upon. They need to seriously revamp the way they do things there.
