The configuration of the drive through is a bit challenging if you arent familiar with it. Traffic comes both ways to get into the line which caused a parking lot jam. People will try to cut you off to get ahead of you. Come with patience. Service was great!

Great service and hospitality. Nice areas for sitting, eating, and a large (dinner 6+ size) table in the back for studying.Driver thru line goes right through the parking lot so getting in and out of parking spots with more than 3 people in the line can cause serious congestion issues.

Im here on a Monday morning around10:30. not so busy but very noises inside of the store. Just another Starbucks. nothing fancy or exciting about it.

Drinks are always good at this location. The only downside is how busy it is sometimes due to rush hour.

First the music is blasting g so loud in this small place!!! Whyyyy!!! 2nd there is only 2 people actually working the other 5 people were just standing in the back where the office is talking. 3rd I asked for the code to the bathroom after I placed my order and the lady at the register acted like I was getting on the last nerve she had left for the day. Lastly when I received my food nothing I ordered was correct and I just didnt feel like going back into the place to deal with the bad attitude 1 person at the register location. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RUDE AZZ LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

I was hoping the third time would be the charm… Guess I’m gonna have to go back to Elmhurst to get my Starbucks coffee. Three different times of the day I ordered a caramel macchiato Grande. Each time I could barely taste the caramel and it tasted like water down coffee. Four in the afternoon and they’re already out of most of their pastries that I like. Hey Starbucks... Mannheim and Grand ave.... YOU’RE FIRED!!!!

If you guys dont like to do Pour-overs at any given time(a service you have tools and are equipped to provide) simply deny service next time. Dont mix Espresso shots and play with peoples doses, as coffee is psychoactive and can cause Acute heart discomfort. Also maybe try muting your mic next time if your co-workers are going to be dropping what!? and f bombs on any customers orders. I, sincerely, apologize for asking regular service. Havent left a bad review to a Starbucks nation wide, pity youre the closest one to home. :/ See you never!

Amazing place to grab coffee. Everything here is always high quality and the taste is just superb. Stop in here for a quick cup of coffee, a get together with friends, or even to get some homework done for that class that youre behind in!

I love my Starbucks teas and I always get the Honey Citrus Mint tea as its my favorite. The last four times I have gotten tea from this location it was the wrong one! I order the tea on my app and someone picks it up for me and its never what its supposed to be. I get stuck with some tea I dont like and have to throw out because I cant leave work to go get myself the right tea...If I were to pick these up on my own, Id make a fuss about this. This is ridiculous!! How many times can you use the wrong tea bags. I just dont get it. Not going to this location anymore. Wish I took pics of the tea bags every time but I wasnt as frustrated as I am right now. Defense Tea?? Yea doesnt seem to be Honey Citrus Mint to me.

Coffee okay but no flavor that I like

It seems people who work there need to get some coffee. This is the second day I went there. My first order were 7 coffee cups to go and they forgot to put the stoppers, I didnt pay attantion until it started to spill in my car. Today they gave me cup with without sleeves, allowing me to burn my fingers.

I dont particularly care for Starbucks because of the extremely high prices of the coffee but my children like it and thats why we were there I dont drink it.

Service was good but the oreo cookie crumble Frappuccino was not very good. Ive had it before but this time it tasted really watered down

The staff is great here. Never had a bad experience. Now the location is another matter altogether. There is literally no room for the all the traffic in this tiny area. Sometimes I wont go here just because of this. Keep that in mind if you decide to stop here at their busier times.

Slowest location Ive ever been to. I go here almost everyday (its on the corner of my house) and everyday I wait 15+ mins to get my order. I used to order ahead thru the app, but that was useless. If you order ahead, chances are youll still be waiting the same amount of time as you would ordering in person....😒I also recommend you always check your mobile order. Idk how many times my order has been wrong.However, you wont have to worry about mobil orders since this location has shut off that setting in the app...so, EVERYONE waits in the drive thru for their order.

A piece of plastic in my coffee. I guess it’s residual from a coffee bag and that can happen but it shouldn’t happen. This means they cooked some plastic in a coffee machine and that I consumed it.

Wish I didnt have to give them any stars. I had to take my drink back for them to miss it up again.

Had went in because the car line was long I order two drinks and only received one and it was six lady standing the one that took my order pass me my first drink and ask her other lady for my drink they didnt know so I ask for a refund because six ladys standing about five of them was help drive-thru and would not help with my order.

This is my usual go-to location. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but often the drive thru line is long and takes a while to order. They had to place cones for the drive thru that has 2 potential feeding entrances so thats annoying and was confusing at first. The inside is very clean though, and theyre very friendly, which is why I keep going to this location.

Nice, big customer seating room. They have WiFi but want way too much personal information to use it. I find it unbelievable that people readily give it up.

I was doing business down the street and found this store while craving coffee. This is an average Starbucks store with all of the fixings to drink in or to take home. Good service from the friendly staff and they have a large gift area. This is on a busy intersection so be prepared to have a bit of a wait.

One of the few drive-thru locations open during the stay-at-home order. They are continually slammed by customers but somehow the baristas still have smiles on their faces at the window. The wait times have been around 10-15 minutes, but its worth it.The safety measures they take are very good. Changing gloves between each order.

Got a covid test faster than I got my coffee and had to go back again because they forgot the banana bread. Maybe the army should run this too.

The workers seriously have an attitude problem! I ordered a venti HOT pumpkin spiced latte through the drive through. When we arrived to the window the lady who was at the window (can’t remember her name but she has short hair with glasses) gave us my order and I noticed it was an iced pumpkin spiced latte, I then proceed to tell her that my order was wrong, she then took my drink and said, “when I repeated your order you told me it was correct” I was confused why she told me that because when she repeated my order she did say HOT so I was confused when she gave me a cold instead of a hot.

Its a Starbucks. Just like the rest of them. The same Decor, same menu. Ordered two drinks. They came up quickly. Tasted exactly as I expected them to. The lobby was clean. The service was fast. Didnt really pay much attention to the outside of the store since it was cold and snowy. We ran into get drinks and left.

My three star review is solely based on that they do not fill your cup up to the top. I only order breakfast sandwiches and the hot chocolate made with half and half and whipped cream. By the time the whip cream goes down and I havent taken one sip I swear less than 3/4 of a cup is full. To me, for $4, you can fill up the cup to the top with hot chocolate and then put my whip cream on top add opposed to filler. And if its to go just add a little whip. But my cup half empty is ridiculous. Either charge less or fill up the cup to the top with the beverage the people are paying for. Thats the least you can do for how much money your company makes. Please stop being so cheap. Otherwise that decor is gorgeous, warm and spacious at this particular location and with free internet.

Very tidy & focused on cleanliness as well as sanitation. Friendly servers even through the drive-thru. We Who served 200 Naval Cadets Who Are Training To Protect The Nation; We Served Them Thanksgiving Dinner & A Day Off Base with games & Cellphones. Starbucks Donated 200 Cups of Fresh Brewed Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, & other sweeteners, with cups & lids the Cadets Were so Greatly For Real Coffee, Not Chicory That they get on Base. We were All Proud To Serve Coffee & Hopefully A Good Meal & a Game Tent. Bless Starbucks & Those Cadets.

Beatifull place....

First time at this location since I was headed to the Sonic 2 doors over lol. My drinks were good but my other half felt he was being jipped because he wanted and grande coffee and told barista to leave room at top for cream & sugar. 😩

I am an ice tea drinker. There tea is always consistently fresh. I start work at 2:30AM. I WAIT TILL 5AM TO GET MY STARBUCKS ICE TEA.

Starbucks closest to my house, so I kept giving them chances. Constantly mess up my order, drinks look completely different than from other Starbucks I’ve been too, literally just not made right. Doesn’t seem they care too much about getting anything right. Sad because it’s a good location, great looking store and the staff seems friendly enough, but just not trained right.

I bought one of their expensive travel mugs paid 250 plus for coffee ... was gold because it v want peak hours they had to make mine special. Well special is taking grounded brands in a filter ams pouring hot water over it .... coffee isnt hot nor brewed... totally suxed and the server was rude and non apologetic... will never go here again..... I ordered Large Matcha Green Tea Frapuccino and it took them forever to make my order and when they finally did, they gave me Small Green Tea Latte!!! I had to wait again for them to fix my order and they messed up again, giving me the wrong size of my order. I ordered large and she gave me small one! I didnt wanna wait anymore, I was so aggravated and Im already late for work. Wont go back to this branch ever again! 👎👎👎
