I have rented many fork lifts from this company so far no problems!

CJ in sales was great. Followed up and was on top of things. He was the reason I tried them out for forklift recertification on sitdown forklifts. Class was short and to the point. A little expensive for what I received. But p 08 coed up some good points to help save employees from accidents.

This is my one stop shop for forklift and boom rentals. All of the equipment is maintained professionally and the one time that I needed a repair done on site they were out there within an hour to fix it. My hat is off to this company and their people!

National Lift Truck is a great company! I work at a machine manufacturing company in Wood Dale, IL and we have been working with them for several years for our storage needs, lift truck rentals and truck moves. The Dennis Group was tasked with receiving, erecting and commissioning all of the Coffee process equipment for the new Starbucks Chicago Roastery on the magnificent mile over the course of the last nine months. The logistics of downtown Chicago did not lend itself to normal deliveries of any kind. We were in need of an offsite warehouse whereby we could have our vendors drop ship major equipment to be stored temporarily.Tony,Jose and the entire team of professionals at NLT were there for us from day one of our contract with them. National Lift on Rains in Memphis is a great company and the parts sales counter is excellent and very helpful. I only give 4 stars due to them not having a delivery service. I deal with 5-15 parts vendors daily and this is the only place in town that I have to pay for local delivery. It causes them to lose some business when I can get the product Im looking for from another vendor with standard local delivery.

Truly a customer orientated company that really appreciates your business. They have always made our priorities first no matter how short of a notice I may have given them. Highly recommended for lift truck, storage, or delivery needs!

I own a granite company and I recently used National Lift Truck service. I am very satisfied and happy with their service. This company is trustworthy and I will recommend them to other business owners. I called few other companies like US Forklift before I called NLT and none of them showed up. Everything NLT told me they did it. They came whenever they said they would and did a great job.
