Went in for an Affogato(scoop of ice cream + espresso shot). Ive ordered this exact same thing at 4 different Dunkins and never had an issue. Today the kid behind the counter didnt even know what it was so he asked his coworker and she told him they dont have that. We explained to the kid and the young lady (Dolce) what it was and she said the system was updated and no longer has it. We left. Why couldnt she have just charged me for a scoop of ice cream and a shot? She wasnt even willing to do that! Wont be going back to this Dukin!
