We had a good experience from start to finish. We contacted climate solutions for windows and they referred us to their dealer. The dealer called within minutes and followed up every step of the process. Highly recommend giving them call.

Great windows and great staff. Always on time and just as ordered.

So far not good. I purchased an entire house of windows via our general contractor. Two large windows have failed. The corners actually separated and the resulting cracks are allowing the outside weather into the house. The failure happened the middle of this past winter. We noticed because the rooms were unusually cold. Climate Solutions sent someone in April to do a temporary repair. The repair has now failed and the windows are not yet replaced. Since the repair failed, water is entering the house again and causing further damage. Climate Solutions blames the builder for faulty installation and the builder blames Climate Solutions. Neither one wants to pay for the repair. The have put the homeowner (me) in the middle of their problem. Very frustrating. After much conversation, Climate Solutions has agreed to remake the windows, but they tell me that I must support the cost of the window removal, replacement and all of the associated repair work (siding, drywall, etc.). This conversation is in progress. I will update this review once the situation is resolved. In the meantime, read the Climate Solutions warranty details closely or you will find yourself in the same place I am today. So far, very disappointed.This is my update: The failed windows (Feburary 2017) have been replaced (September 2017) under the Climate Solutions window warranty. I was not charged for the replacement windows. I did have to pay the entire cost for the actual removal and replacement of the windows. Climate Solutions did not support any of this cost. I did use a window contractor, referred to me by C.S. The contractor did the work in one day (about 8 hours) and did a nice job. After the 7 month ordeal, it is good to have this finished. The cost to me for the removal of the old windows and the replacement of the new windows was $1,300 along with a lot of time and frustration and the cost and time to repair interior water damage. I have added interior and exteriors pictures of where the windows separated. Buyer beware.

The windows seem to be very cheap quality. Please dont buy windows with stoppers, they are not stoppers, very useless. The reason Im writing this review is because Konrad the sales person is very incompetent and did not take caution filling in measurements I have provided him. In quote those numbers where not marked as H or W and it was not clear right away, and anyway how can a professional sales person make such a mistake. I did not take incorrect measurement or do anything wrong on my side. I was denied any refund for this transaction by not helpful manager Eric. When I spoke to other sales people they admitted its not my mistake but apparently this manager does not have any respect to customers. I have taken all windows out before picking them up and I was suppose put them in the very next day. Windows are useless and its winter. I am ending up with plywoods in my windows for winter. It does not feel very good. I have to save money and wait for another order. They have no respect for clients!!! I also got to know the sales person that made the mistake was allowed to smoke week at work and this is how the mistake was made.

Great high quality windows

Followed up to get a copy of the detailed window order and they were very accommodating.

We purchased windows for our entire house and a sliding patio door and had them installed spring of 2018. I wanted to wait to write my review until after the winter and I’m glad I did. These windows are high quality and kept us warm all winter long. We’ve finally felt comfortable in our home and that’s due to Climate Solutions. We also get compliments on our patio door with the built in blinds. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to update their windows and doors.

This place makes great and quality windows.

We purchased windows and 3 patio doors a few years ago. The doors are on the south side and we cant feel any heat from the sun even on hot summer days. Finally decided to get the rest of the house done before winter. Keep in mind this is just a factory and they dont install. We had a company called Midwest Windows Direct take care of the measure and install. Both companies highly rated.

Climate Solutions Windows are among the highest quality replacement windows you can find. The sales staff is easy to work with and the pricing is fair. My windows have made a noticeable improvement in my home in winter and summer. I highly recommend these windows

We have had their windows for eight years now and have had no issues compared to our builder quality windows that had seal failures after 8 years. The low-e366 glass reflects a lot of heat.

We needed some balance assembly parts for our windows and I contacted Climate Solutions Windows through Facebook, without too many expectations. They responded right away, on a Saturday, and after giving them all the correct information, we received the parts on Wednesday. This is great Customer Service!

Absolute worst company Ive ever worked with. As a preferred vendor youd think they would bend over backwards to help me since I have given them so much business over the past 10 years but as time progressed their service got worse with every order. So many delays, mistakes, poor finishes, terrible communication, and incompetency. They even threatened to call the police on me when I shared my frustration with their products and services! Do yourself a favor and find a better managed company. This company wont last so neither will your warranty.

We are not happy with the widows or customer service. The windows are very bad quality. We got ours a year ago for whole house and the issues we’ve been having are:The windows that are being kept open more often (weather permitting) do not close properly anymore.The windows make raddeling noises when it’s windy outside.The windows leak air, you can actually feel the breeze coming inside through the closed windows, when its windy outside.The customer service was contacted, we paid $150 for a service call, and came to evaluate in the beginning of February, but we’re still waiting for them to come back and fix the crooked pieces of frame that they found. We called them many times and they are pretending they don’t know nothing about it, the answer is they will contact inspector and will call us back. I don’t know why our contractor decided to buy the windows from this company

I cant speak to the quality of their product, but their business practices, and customer service appear to be lacking. I wanted to find a contractor who installed their windows, so that I could have someone come out and show me some of their windows, so I filled out the form on the climate solutions website. A couple days later, and Im receiving DOZENS of calls from window contractors, and none of them want to sell me climate solutions windows. One such contractor flat out claimed that climate solutions was contractor grade, and only for people flipping houses. I decided to call the company to let them know that their business practices on their websites does not appear to be helping them with window sales, because I legit couldnt get one of the contractors calling me (from the form I filled out on the climate solutions site), to come and try to sell me some climate solutions windows. Climate solutions proceeded to hang up on me twice. I couldnt even buy their windows if I tried!

Lifetime warranty and excellent quality. This is not a disposable window like many other windows in the industry.

I bought a window from there recently which it supposed to be sound proof double pane laminated window but it does nothing for the noise. Probably 5% difference from my old window but I am so disappointed that I paid over $ 800.00 for a window that does nothing for me. I went to the store and spoke with the manager but he did not have much knowledge about those kind of windows, but yet they sell them and pretend to have sound proof windows. He keept on looking through his desk for information regarding the stc and other information thatve I asked . Dont waste your money with this company if you would like to buy a sound proof window. Dont deserve even one star😔
