Worst place ever!!! i wont ever recommend anyone to go here the managers are very rude and even the district manager Chris is beyond disrespectful. I see why they hired these type of people because there all the same rude and non-caring people about there job or others they break your stuff and dnt want to pay for it or loses them and give you all these excuses of how theyre trying to help you but aint doing anything to get your stuff back i reported them to the business bureau because this place needs to be shut down

Very Helpful, You most come in and check out the store everyone is very pleasant and more than willing to help. There are contracts that are given, and if read properly when signed you should have no problems with anything being sold. I would highly suggest this store to anyone there is no waiting in line, and there service is great!

They are very nice people good deals and prices and they give a fair price when selling things.

They are terrible when it comes to jewelry. They do not know how to properly test jewelry and WILL DAMAGE your property and don’t advise anyone to bring their jewelry here.

Customer service is great. Fun easy going enviorment. After today Ill have bought 6 things from here. And nothing had broken on me. Is a matter of asking questions and asking to see the product before u buy it

The workers here dont care. They will charge you whatever they want, however they feel. I recently started pawning PS3 games & they first gave me $2.50, the next time it was $2.00. I went in today & they swore up & down that never give over a dollar. DO NOT go here. They will screw you big time. Worst customer service ever.

Im pretty sure the last comment about the rude lady is the same lady who was RUDE to me. Not only was she rude, My item was due for payment on the 2nd and I left after work to go pay off the balance and retrieve my item. NOT only did she put the item on the floor to sell I had to buy it out as a retail price more that what I loaned it for and when I went home it was damaged with scratches as if someone dropped it. When I called about it she acted as if I was crazy! I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!People are short on cash and look for places to trust this place is truly money hungry and will do anything to profit on you in anyway!

Awful, they are a pawn shop, you as a buyer negotiate. As a seller you negotiate. They dont and wont. So they low ball you when they are buying and high prices for used merchandise. Dont go looking for a deal... waste of time.

The staff was nice etc.The problem is 6 days after buying out my high end watch it broke, I had this watch for 4 years and wore it quite often, it seems highly unlikely that it is an coincidence.
