Really big store it has pretty much all your needs and wants from grocery to house old items liquor you name it they almost have no wait times since its such a big store including allot of self check outs fairly very clean compared to others ive been to and floors look amazingly clean Ive really got nothing bad to say even if i tried

Found everything I needed . Asked one of the clerks who was stocking items about an item and she walked. Me over to where I could find it . Lots of parking, easy to get in and out . Prices are good . This is the same as Albertsons/Safeway in Arizona, so I was able to receive my discounts and reward points .

The bakery is awesome.Bagels are baked daily among others.Personally jewel chocolate chip cookies are the best!

I got a double order of fried chicken, because they were out of stock of wings. OMG the chicken was juicy, flavorful, cooked perfectly. Even the breast were juicy. LOVE IT!!!

The baggers here are so nice and make conversations very easy. I feel more comfortable checking out knowing they talk with me and remember me.

The ppl who worked there were staring my wife and myself down the entire time we were there. Like we were some homeless bums or something. Walked out of there spending more than 150 dollars and will never go back there. They need to hire more friendly staff.Definitely stay away from their deli. The section was awful and the salads that were labeled made that day were already brown and looked nasty. All their 5$ ready made deli dinners looked old and dry. Tried one of the pastas and threw it out right away. Disappointed!Worst jewel Ive ever been to.

Friendly staff and a clean store. Not always the fastest since theres newer cashier but theyre wonderful when it comes to customer service.

I must say, since Covid-19 has had so many every day life at a stop for months and making products for our every day living very scarce.I have become very dedicated to Jewel-Osco because they have been one of the only grocery stores having shelves full and all products available at the need of the guests.Other grocery and department stores have very limited amounts on shelves and freezers.I was in Walmart and went down 3 isles that were out of several items I was shopping for. So, I must say thank you to Jewel-Osco and their dedicated very ambitious employees for going above and beyond to have everything available at their guests needs during such hard times .Thank you all as well you r all also part of the Heros Work Here group

The shelves are out of alot of items and theyre filling the aisles with people emptying shelves and talking. Hard to get to shelves.

Clean, well stocked always. Fresh salads and meals are all very good! Never overly crowded. Why only 4 stars you ask, prices can be very high on majority of items compared to lets say Walmart.

Picking up flowers on the way to visit my heart donor at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Jewel had a very nice selection to choose from and an unexpectedly great price pistachios. So I bought them.

Good store, prices are a little high, but overall a good clean store and nice staff.

I love this store but Ive yet to be able to purchase even 1 bottle of Microban-24 hour virus cleaner all summer and they need to combine their apps. They have 1 for delivery and 1 for coupons, its confusing. Otherwise, the store is always clean and stocked.

My favorite jewel

I go every week. This is the only grocery store where they carry pretty much every thing I use. Every there pretty much knows me, at least I should hope so, lol. The store is very clean and organized. And when you ask a staff member where something is, they will tell you or show you. Just a little on the pricey side. I just wish they would have turtle cookies prepared without ordering them. Every one there is super nice and will go out of there way to help anyone. I would like to give kiddos to the 1 woman there (dont know her name) she has her hair different colors all the time, she is such a sweetheart and helps and answers any questions. She knows that store like the back of her hand. Every staff member there is so awesome at there job. I also leave with a smile on my face. I just wish we didnt have to pay for bags.

I really love to buy here with my family. The employees are amazing. The bakery is amazing here, and if you need a last minute cake, jewel osco is the place to go. Although the meat isnt as Good as other places, Id still buy it from here. The cashiers are very friendly which is always nice. I cannot think of a problem Ive experienced with this store yet

Unprofessional. Manager John supposedly checked signage and claimed I was wrong with the pricing. Walked over to the item with him and in BIG and BOLD letters the signage was still up. How does a manager not know the specials of the day.

Food and product is good. Down side. Stuck up staff. Mainly the older folks. In all honesty some feel like its someones fault that they have to work there. Also. They are open from 6 to 12. By 7 pm the departments start shutting down. So it means it you work all day and want a cut of meat you wont get it cut fresh or fresh bread. I feel like the service should consist with the hours of operation. Not everyone has the same availability. Other then that jewel has superb products. And great Deals.

Pharmacy is efficient and always pleasant. The employees who have been there for 10 + years are helpful and pleasant as well! They have some unique products that you cant find in other grocery stores.

This is My neighborhood Jewel I have been going to for years. They have always had issues with the checkout lines getting backed up. I have been waiting for years for them to install self-checkout, which they finally did. However, the issue has not gotten much better yet. The cashier staff just has a hard time communicating and keeping organized. I hope things improve with some more time.

Very big floorplan allows for plenty of space between isles. Freshly paved parking lot is very big. Store associates are very helpful. Nice store.

It’s clean, lines aren’t very long, and people there are usually friendly. Only complaint is that there is a homeless person outside a white maybe in his 30’s guy who gets very close to you when your out in the parking lot. He walked up to me while putting my groceries away and was asking for me to buy him a room for his wife and kids. He’s not there every day but I’ve seen him a couple of times but that store is near Mannheim where there’s a big homeless population.

I went in to buy an ipass. Too bad I didnt get the lady at the help counters name. She was great!!!

I like I like the customer service and I love their staff just this afternoon I forgot my purse in one of the little cart and one of the staff members that works outside took it to the customer service. When I went to call them to find out about my purse and to inform them of what happened the lady who answered the phone she was really polite and really considerate. And the man who returned my purse to me was really helpful. If it was another person they would have just taken the purse with everything inside. When I went to get my bag they had it in safe keeping. Im glad that there are good employee that are really trustworthy. I judges that employee to get a raise for doing a good job but unfortunately I didnt get his name. It was on November 7 at around 3:30 to 4:10 that work at that time.😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

They had the items that I went for. It was nice to get in and out of the store as quickly as I was able to. They had enough cashiers working to make that possible.

This Jewel overall is pretty good. I like that they almost always have everything I need in stock. I don’t have to go to multiple stores searching for things. The one star got taken away because on more than one occasion I have come across a rude employee. (Twice in the last week actually.... one that was supposed to be greeting people by the door just continued to talk to another employee and gave me a dirty look when I said good morning, and then another day the self checkout attendant got annoyed because she was by the customer service desk doing something and an older woman needed her help.) I understand that I shop right when they open so it’s still early, but common courtesy shouldn’t be lacking that badly. Other than that, I do like this location and will continue to shop here when I’m in the neighborhood.

I go to this location a lot. My only complaint is they only have self check out on Friday nights and if I have a lot of groceries its a pain in the butt to deal with. This is a huge inconvenience and takes twice as long and makes no sense just because they dont want to have to close out the registers at the end of the night.

Very nice and helpful staff. However, produce is always slim picking and/or already rotting. Always check the expiration dates at this location!! Dairy, boxed food, and bread have been expired on more than one occasion. Now I take the longer ride to the Jewel on York Rd., what a difference!
