Our experience working with Mary was excellent. She was very helpful through every step in the process of designing a cabinet layout for our kitchen project. She paid great attention to detail and was very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions or needed extra help with something. She took time to explain the various cabinet options available and made sure they were delivered on time. The services from the owner Pawel were horrible. He treated me like dirt.I got four different colors of white on kitchen cabinets. After many visits and putting me down conversations, I had to contact the general contractor and then he changed them. I got different logos in my drawers, so when I asked for one specific logo in all drawers, he decided behind my back to give me no logo at all. The drawer boxes without logo, he changed too for no reason and were damaged.The rest of the drawers with correct logo we’re in my home and the problem wasn’t solve but bigger. They brought badly made and scratched new once...All my sliding in drawers were wrongly installed so it’s hard to push them in and they damaged my doors. All cabinets were wrongly installed that you are unable to open two doors in the same time and most of them are warped!

After several consultations with a competitor, we did not feel we were being taken seriously and were highly discouraged. Any ideas outside of the standard were quickly dismissed and felt we were not making progress. From the moment we walked into Kitchen & Bath Masters and met Rob, we felt respected and understood. The team as a whole was respectful, professional and friendly. It is obvious that the team pays close attention to detail and takes great pride in their work. Wanted to create a stylish, penthouse in downtown Chicago that would harness the energy of the stylish designe and handle the expectations of my client needs. I also wanted something specific (cellar, walk-in multi-head shower, dry sauna, open kitchen/living area, etc.). Marysia not only did save me several thousand dollars in architect expenses but were able to create exactly what client wanted, I had fun throughout the entire process. I used to really love this place. The products are high quality but the service is horrible. We recommended this place to our friends for kitchen cabinets and they also said they were treated horribly, ignored, and went somewhere else. The lady said she didn’t have any more white vanities so we asked if we could buy the floor display model. The sticker price was 393$ and she said she can give it to us for 65% off since it was a floor model. We decided to buy the floor model. She charged our card without confirming the price and she charged us the normal price of 393$ and told us that the vanity itself (regular price) was 982$. That of course was not listed anywhere because we confirmed that the vanity set was $393 for a new one and that exact price was written directly on the vanity. She did not apologize for her mistake but instead said “come on you really think we would sell it for 65% floor price?” Yes, that’s exactly what we thought when we saw the one and only price written on the display and you said it was 65% off.

I love my steam shower! I was having a hard time deciding but Kitchen and Bath Masters made the process so much easier. They answered all my questions and gave me valuable suggestions. The quality is amazing.

Octavia black was so amazing, I had a steam shot I bought in 2012 from eBay in New York . I had it for five years and could not use it . I had plumbers out and no one could fix it . I thought it was one thing ordered it from England. Same problems. I broke the glass door trying to fix it . I found this company by God’s grace . I talked to her technician he said send a video of braded lines, did that she text right back swap the two lines. Did that and BOOM fixed . After five years . She never stopped till I was fixed. No words to describe their work and knowledge. We love y’all. Wish I would have known of you when I bought it. You would have had my business. THANK YOU

I was pretty satisfied with my overall experience with Kitchen and Bath Masters. We went to their showroom and selected cabinets for our kitchen. After paying for everything, we walked over and made two appointments - one for them to measure and the other to install.Total time it took from the day we purchased it was two week.Choosing Kitceh and Bath Masters company saved us a lot of money.I will choose them again when we decide to replace out bathroom vanities.

Poor service. The man working didnt even bother to stand up and try to greet me when I went to the counter to ask a question. No other customers in the store, neither employee seemed to care or want my business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices!I am absolutely in awe of the design and customer help that Kasia Flis has provided us for our project. From the start Kitchen & Bath Masters, beat any of the competitors prices -- and trust me I did shop around!!! =) Not only they beat the price by more than 10%, they have excellent customers service.I only dealt with Kasia Flis, who is very professional, and has been in constant contact with us. This is the first kitchen I am doing myself, so I just called her more than 45 days past the delivery date, and we just swapped out one of cabinets for a larger one. (My fault in 100%) but they are handling it for us. Delivery staff are also great to work with and helped us carry the cabinets to the 2nd floor apartment.We love the new white cabinets, We tried to match the sizes of the same kitchen that we had, but Kasia worked with us to modernize it and change couple of key thing. We are very happy with the outcome and I will attach some before and after shots of our project . Great Transformation on a small budget!

We bought our sink about a week ago.My wife Doesn’t like so I put into my SUV and I bringing bang last Saturday cause the website said they are open till 2pmTrip to Elmhurst IL from Arlington heights where only waste a time, there where CLOSEDMy wife she went there again today and they take it 45% restocking fee!!! 45% !!!One time client only thats what they looking for!!!!

Modern quality products at great prices

This place sells subpar equipment. i purchased a walk in shower kit. in which they were selling on ebay. when i sent them questions about the shower they told me they would cut me a price break to buy directly from them and surpass ebay. in my better judgement i did. i have had nothing but trouble from the very start. from poor shipping times, to parts missing and now parts are failing left and right. the LED water bars have malfunctioned and no longer work. the valves are corroded, poorly made and will not turn. the digital display malfunctions and will not work correctly. i have spent thousands of dollars on plumbers to come and work on this thing. its been horrible.. they dont have any parts. they say they are trying to find some in stock but they cant get them.. i have a shower i spent over $2000 dollars on and thousands in installation and repair costs. they still wont send me the parts i need as they dont have them. i requested that they come and get the shower and give me my money back and they refuse... their products are junk.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS
