200 gallon mixtruder crashed on us and we had no name plate info nor data, I called them up and that was it! 4 weeks later I could not believe the unit was ours lol it was just like new!; it’s performance is amazing. Dude! I’ve inherited my dads biotech with all the machinery and the problems with them... 3 mixers was sent to them and they came back ready to go! 750 gallon mixer that failed in our plant/factory I called them up I had one of their cards from the chem show, I sent it over there within a few weeks it came back and we installed it, started producing our product again it’s been about a year now with routine maintenance the machine is like brand new and trust me I was here when it came in new lol decades ago... anyway I highly recommend these guys

I have a 1960s vintage 500 gallon stainless steel Baker Perkins Mixer which is my workhorse and it just completely stalled, I had one of these guys brochures that I met at the Chem show in New York City and I figured I’d give them a call and they came through with fireworks I celebrate them and recommend them to anyone who uses industrial mixers. - Alan

I had some old mixing equipment from an old process from our food production plant, simply gave them a call from an old business card that I’ve had from Jerry at the powder and bulk solids show over at Rosemont; PRESTO! Had our 100 gallon mixstruder crash after we had it rebuilt locally got tiered of the run around with them did a quick google search came across the mixer company sent them my information they had a truck pick up the mixer, disassemble it, also provided an estimate to us on how much it would cost to have the mixer up and running all in 72 hours. These guys work smart and fast if you are tiered of the repair shop that doesn’t know what there doing call the mixer company.

I have utilized the mixer company for several years for all of my Baker Perkins sigma arm Double armKneeder mixers and they have not failed me I highly recommend if you use Baker Perkins mixers in your facility like I do, make the connection with them they’re a great tool

About 20 years ago I hooked up with Ron at the Chem show in New York and by golly the very next week we were in a pinch with one of our batch mixers producing silicone I had his card in my rolodex “I’m old I know” and this guy was like Superman he repaired the problem in 2 -weeks Vs. the OEM, communications were highly professional throughout the whole ordeal.I highly recommend anybody using large batch mixers to utilize this company for your services. Had our JH Day 300 gal double arm mixer go out on us this Christmas and we had a deadline to get our product mixed or it was going to expire, we called the mixer company they had our mixer picked up and told us what the issue was and had it repaired in less then a week and we are back up and running with time to spare. I highly recommend them

The company I work at creates a play-dough like substance but for industrial products; I’ve met these guys at the food expo two years ago at their booth they handed me a brochure and card i’m glad that I kept their card in my Rolodex they have served me and my company very well in rebuilding or mixers ever since I highly recommend them if you’re in a pinch or if you need routine maintenance of industrial mixers

The greatest experience I’ve had with a machine shop.

These guys are the babe Ruth of repairs. I call them when ever we have a double arm mixer go out on us “We have 15” we call these guys. We got fooled a few times before we found the mixer company. We had 4 mixers rebuilt by them in the past several years and had no issues what so ever, just some routine maintenance “bearings and seals“ when ever one goes out there my 1st and only call.

The original equipment manufacturer could not do with these guys could do five for galaxies ahead of the mixing technology world I’ve met them at the Chem show a few years ago took one of their cards and by golly didn’t come in handy I will always use this company for anything that rotates in my plan sincerely Gregory

Had our 500 Gallon baker Perkins go out on us sent it over to the mixer company they had everything disassembled in 72 hours told exactly what we needed to do to get it up and running said it would take them approximately 8 to 12 weeks had it done in seven weeks.

Mixer does not pay there vendors do not do business with them. It is a scam.I called the number below and was hung up on. Mixer issued a purchase order #MWPO-03012018 for $12,000.00. We completed the work and the Mixer company was paid for our work but did not pay us.
