Completely Useless, as soon as you pay the service drops to zero, nobody gets back to you, It has been a month and I still do not have my order. I tried calling the number on there website and they tell me I have to deal with the individual they have assigned me, this individual is not returning any of my emails thats why Im calling!!!! How can this company not have any of my info when I ordered from them? I normally dont give a bad review but this time I have to say that if their was such thing as a negative star for a place of business this place would definitely get that. Very very atrociously unprofessional location. I wanted to place a order for delivery and trying to get a question on a type of product I wanted deliver had gotten transferred to 2 different people after spending over 10 minutes on the phone I never was able to get a delivery in place. I think if I wanted better service the people at McDonalds would offer a better type of service for customers and potential customer if they were in the boxing business. I would say this was just terrible in my most Trump voice ever because thats what I would rate this.

After speaking to Bill & explaining what we are needing, he was so helpful. He even made suggestions that we hadnt thought of & our boxes were so much more than expected. Update - Surprisingly good quality boxes. I still do not see how it takes days to return my email(s) or the fact that the company cannot access any of my info but to be fair, the product is great quality. I figured out why I cannot talk to my contact during thee day is because they are in Afghanistan. I dont mind dealing with over seas company. The boxes were basically put together for me with pre done double sided tape all ready for me to peel. Great product bad customer service. They are real and your package will come.original post - Worst service I have ever had, Dear Kevin Wells RETURN MY EMAILS! 5 days have not heard from this guy, emails me at 2 am then I get right back to him and he does not return my email till 24 hours later then I have to wait another 24 hours to talk to him, this service of course started after I paid. I called the companys toll free number they said they cannot confirm if my boxes have shipped I have to talk to him directly, if I dont get my boxes or a tracking number I am submitting a claim under the card holders agreement. hopefully somebody important sees this and does something or gets back to me.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with The Custom Boxes. I worked directly with Eric, he was very kind, very helpful, and very responsive. The boxes came out great, it was my first time ordering/designing boxes for a product, and I am very happy with the finished product. I did expect the boxes by mid month and received them a few days later, so please be very clear about a deadline if you have one. I requested mid month, but did not give an exact date. Even though they were a few days after expected I still give 5 stars because of Erics kind and helpful nature. I would definitely recommend this company for a very professional looking box at a really great price from a kind staff.

These folks did a great job from start to finish. They were easy to reach by phone, responded to an email same day. When an adjustment needed to be made, they confirmed the adjustment and made it without any problems. Package was delivered on time as promised and in perfect condition. Do not work with this company. You will get blocked calls and emails. They do not deliver when they say and they are highly unprofessional. Loved working with this company- they were efficient, reasonable and very pleasant to work with. As a start up company- I shopped around a lot to find the right packaging for my product, and The Custom Boxes met all of my needs quickly. Communication was also great too; whether it was a phone call, chatting online or an email- I always knew what was going on and how things were progressing. I highly recommend.

Brad Jones was my customer rep through my order process. Brad assured me the boxes would be American made and is the only reason I decided to choose this company(they are more expensive than others). He was quick to take my money and provide me the best price. After several emails finalizing my custom box, the specifications were as they should be. When I received my order, the logo on the custom boxes were not aligned properly on the front or the side. Many boxes had blemishes, and being a white box, they could not be used. Dull cutters may have also been used, the boxes have damage or tears at the cutting areas. The boxes arrived from Pakistan via DHL, not the USA. Brad was quick to blame me, the customer, for the misalignment issues and the damages and did not want to take responsibility. His last email statedHI James,Let me discuss this matter with my superiors, I will get back to you.Regards, ...and I have never heard back from him since.I would avoid buying any custom boxes from this company as they outsource all of their production while telling customers they Print in the USA. They blame their customers for mistakes caused by overseas manufacturing. Did not take responsibility, and provided no solution to rectify the problems.

I had a great experience and will definitely work with The Custom Boxes again. Adam and the team worked with me to get my order completed and delivered in less than a week, just in time for an important deadline. They provided me templates based on my specifications, sent proofs and mockups, and were incredibly attentive and helpful to make sure everything was correct and was completed in time. From the time I gave final approval, I received my shipment in about three days and the quality is great!! The stock is extra heavy and the printing is gorgeous. The shipment did come from overseas but everything was cushioned and wrapped so there was no damage. Their customer service is excellent and there was always a real person there to help answer my questions. I would highly recommend working with The Custom Boxes and Im grateful I found them after a long search for high quality, low-min custom box printers.

We ordered a custom box from them in January.We paid upfront $2200.00.In March they said they can not manufacture it.We have not received a refund.And they told the credit card company they delivered it.

I contacted this company because they physically located very close to me, but I have never made any order from them due to a poor communication and very high prices. They also refused to match a price compared with two other companies and their price was 2-3 times higher. I did not find any particular benefits compared with other companies of this type and the most important they would charge me for a sample.

I have very good experience with The Custom Boxes. All the staff is very Knowledgeable and Specially Sam help me to providefree design service and work with me until I get my boxes arrived to me.I will say these guys are real gigs of Printing and know the Printing and Packaging.

Pushy salesman oversold the quality of their boxes as sturdy and better than any other box for the price and promised US based manufacturing. Boxes delivered were flimsy (like checkbook boxes) and the assembly that was required was time consuming. The printed boxes had glue all over them, so they looked bad. The printed boxes were warped (bent, not straight). The tops and bottoms of the boxes did not fit together, they do not open or close easily. The boxes were printed in pakistan, not the US. The customer service (the same salesperson) was aweful. They argued that their boxes were great even though they were clearly not from pictures and videos I sent to them. They knew I had a deadline and finally offered to send me a print of only half of my order. The new boxes were worse than the original boxes. Their competitors were cheaper and had much better quality boxes that required no assembly. I will never do business with them again.

A word of caution. I have never experienced such bad customer service ever. My representative was not timely with answering emails and took about 3 days to get a response. My boxes took forever to ship and they want to argue over the amount of time when they told me my boxes were ready. This is not an American company and everyone has an accent.This is a foreign company masquerading as American so beware!This company was recommended by a friend in a facebook group for ecommerce. I have shared my experience with everyone and let them know, expect a rough ride. I will not be using this company every again.
