Very satisfied customer. I had made a mistake in my order but they had presence of mind to cross check and fixed the issue by calling me and confirming prior to shipment. Part arrived and was exact fit. Timely shipment and very courteous.

Great source for OEM VW parts. Parts I ordered arrived quickly and fit perfectly. My only complaint is that some parts are no longer available, but thats most likely not their fault.

Expected something with a little cushioning but it appears very durable and is extremely lightweight. However, I have not yet been successful in putting it on the back seat. Will have to return to my Touareg manual to figure out how to remove the head rest and also the seats to secure locking in place bars.
