They were professional, told me exactly what type of oil I need for my older car. They were courteous while telling me exactly what my car needed, and did not try to sell additional items at an outlandish price. I truly appreciated their respect for me as a paying customer with prompt and professional service. I will definitely continue to go back as I need additional services on my Honda.

I used to think they were great. Gave 5 stars 2 months ago. However, I asked if theyd look at brakes to see how they looked. He said they look fine. Had to replace worn out brake pads and rotors a month later. Disappointed they either didnt look or brushed me off.

My daughter took her old 2006 Honda Civic for oil change and suddenly her car wouldnt start!! They VERY QUICKLY suggested it was a fuel pump and gave a $700 estimate! Car had NO issues prior, ran great. Cosmeticsn of the car looked bad, she is a young single woman, who knows nothing about cars. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

These guys are the best! My front wheels nearly fell off yesterday after another local mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts after a recent brake job. Nick quickly torqued them up, and when asked what was owed, said “a smile”. I’ll take my car here as often as I can. Glad to support such a great business.

If I could put zero stars for this company I would. We took our truck in for an oil change and when we picked it up there was an enormous amount of oil leaking. We got underneath the truck and it looks like they remove the oil pan completely and then overfilled the reservoir with oil. Took it back to them to have them fix it and they stated there is no way they could’ve done this because they have cameras in the bay, however they never reviewed the footage. Never again will I use this place.

They are always very quick, attentive, never miss a step, really work as a team, and somehow I feel like they always go above and beyond. An oil change can just be an oil change... or you can leave feeling good about what you paid for knowing that they did a good job and took care of you.During my last visit Matt, Zach, George and Marco all did a great job. I came in for an oil change. The change went fine. The tech recommended brake replacement and told me I would have to replace rotors with my brakes. I asked if they could be turned and his response was that no, you cant turn solid rotors like those. Since I knew i was going to have to replace the rotors anyway, I decided to come back and get them done as I didnt have time to spare. The brakes went metal to metal within a week. When I went back to get them done Mike (the manager) said the rotors could have been turned if I would have done it before the brakes went bad. I brought up what had previously been said and it was of absolutely no consequence to him. It added $200 to the cost of my repair and was completely avoidable had I been given the proper information the first time. My real issue here is that the guy said you cant turn solid rotors. It wasnt an opinion about how much life was left in my rotors. Or that they dont turn them on a Prius. Or whatever other, X, reason. It was something that was very clearly BS. Having restored a 69 Firebird convertible I knew it was when he told me so I questioned it twice and he dug in and insisted. Again, none of this was any concern to Mike. I had been pretty impressed with these guys up until then. The seemed like good guys and they seemed trustworthy. I took all 3 of my cars there. I had plans for a set of tires for the Lexus there the next week. I lost all faith in them after that interaction. I wont be back.

Wholeheartedly recommend. Not the ususl hustle of you neec this, you need that. Tech explains exactly the circumstances if my car needs something besides oil change. Plus, they saved me from a ticket by checking tail lights. Replaced tail light immediately. They do this each time, orally checking off each checkpoint. Theyre 4 miles from me. Hometown reliable.

Came in today to have my daughter’s tires looked at on her car before she drives on a 4 hr trip. Her tire pressure was low the other day & we put air in it, but wanted to make sure there wasn’t a nail or anything else in the tire. Marco took great care of us!! I saw the near-excellent rating of this place compared to others in the area, and I decided to give it a whirl. The staff are VERY informative and they definitely know what theyre doing, as well. I requested an oil change for my 99 F350 and they got it done quick and easy! They also clean your windshield for you if you want and do a full 20-point inspection of your vehicle free of charge. Aside from the oil change, they immediately notified me of 2 missing bolts from my oil pan mounting on my drivers side. Nothing I cant fix on my own. Overall, very nice folks, very professional, and they definitely will get my business again! Marco was very insightful and friendly, too!

Best oil change Ive ever gotten, employees were super nice and efficient.

I would go there for routine oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection etc. but not for parts replacement service. They earned my trust for the service quality but not on the pricing.Highly recommend their multi-(50?) point inspection (20 dollars) once a year that will assess the health of your vehicle. Ben was very honest and informative in pointing out issues that need immediate attention.Their price for the part to be replaced was twice compared to AAP or AZ retailers (newly mfg part, not re-mfg.). So mechanic was okay to apply quoted labor if I bring part from reputed auto retailer.However, when I bought part and took to them, the manager on duty raised the labor quote by 50%. I had to drop my plan to get it serviced there, found another small shop and got the job done.Overall I saved 400 bucks by NOT buying and servicing the part at this location. But i will continue to go there for oil change and annual multi-point inspections.

Always a great experience at Express! They greet you promptly even if there is a line in front of you. They are polite, thorough, quick and efficient. Today Marco found a bogo coupon for me to upgrade the windshield wipers for less than the pair of cheaper ones would have cost. Been going there for years and am never disappointed. :)

Great service! The technicians explain everything as they change out the oil and service the vehicle. I recommend it for women who dont know much about cars but still need to maintain their vehicles.

We have got our oil changes several times here. Recently they’ve messed up two of our cars. The first time they over tightened the plug on my brothers car’s oil pan and we had to go elsewhere to have it fully replaced. They blamed this on the place that last changed the cars oil but it hadn’t been changed since we just purchased the car from a dealership. Now I’ve found out that after getting a transmission fluid service they did not correctly tighten tighten the plug and my car has been leaking transmission oil and the gasket also has to be replaced now. Won’t be returning anymore. Two costly repairs from mistakes by the mechanics here.

This was my first trip to Express Oil Change and the service was excellent. They were full but let me know that the wait would be a little longer than normal. I travel back and forth to the Franklin, TN area and I have stopped at this Express Oil Change / Tire Engineers location pretty often. Customer service has always been good when I have stopped by. The most recent time that Ive gone to get my oil changed I was helped by Wayne and he was great. I usually dont have to wait very long and service is completed in a timely manner.

We were traveling and realized I needed an oil change. We stopped here and the staff was so friendly! They took care of our oil and noticed what could be another problem so they had us come back a few hours later. When we came back, they saw us immediately and were honest about what was going on and what they suggested. I loved that they checked all lights and turn signals as well, and made you feel like the only customer there. Awesome place!

I usually have my oil changed at the dealership, but I didn’t have time to make an appointment and it’s always so hard having a little one with me. My husband recommended this place so I dropped by and they were able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Ben Reedy was so kind and incredibly efficient. He answered all of my questions and showed me the items that needed to be taken care of immediately and showed me things that can wait until next time. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated so very much. Everyone was extremely friendly and from now on I’ll only be coming to them for my services.

He was able to diagnose the issue in a quick and timely manner, he explained to us what the issues were but said we were safe to drive home.
