We filled out the paperwork and the car was ordered in a few minutes.She sent us email updates regularly during the build process.Once the car arrived Tiffany called us and we went in and finished everything and picked up the car.Very pain free car buying process. Tiffany was fantastic to work with.The finance manager was also the best we have dealt with and made it a pleasant car buying experience the whole way through.We will be definitely ordering cars from planet from now on.

Friendly sales staff, Hunter was easy to deal with and not pushy which was great. Their prices wasn’t the most competitive though. Didn’t end up buying from them but will consider them in the future. A really relaxed buying environment, good energy and no pressure sales unlike larger dealerships.

Would give Mike a five star rating, however Planet Jeep lacks a loyalty program- hence the 4 star rating. Purchasing 2 brand new Jeep’s within 10 months should account for something.

My purchasing experience with Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was excellent and extremely smooth.I had been researching new RAM 1500 trucks for the better part of year prior to making my decision to purchase a new 2021 RAM 1500. Given the Covid situation as well as all of the marketing from RAM trucks regarding the ease of purchasing a new RAM 1500 online I chose to do just that. I searched around and located 8-10 dealerships within an hour’s drive of my home. I excitedly contacted each dealership via their website detailing the exact RAM 1500s I was looking price out and order - including links to the online RAM truck builder site - to get the buying process started.Honestly, I was very disappointed with all but one of the responses I received to my purchase inquiry. A couple of dealerships simply did not respond. Another set of dealerships responded but refused to allow me to place an order for a new RAM 1500 online - they wanted me to come into the dealership ! Huh ? There were three dealerships that did agree to work with me to get an order placed for the right RAM 1500 for me built exactly the way I wanted it to be built. To make a long story short, two of three dealerships either ghosted me after an initial reposes or didn’t respond unless I hounded them. BUT! One of the three dealerships went above and beyond in assisting me with the specification and ordering process. That dealership was Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the purchasing agent I worked with was Tiffany Bonilla. I received a prompt response to my initial inquiry. Whenever I had questions (I had many as I was deciding between a Big Horn and a Rebel) Tiffany responded promptly and with the answers I needed. I eventually decided on a 2021 RAM Rebel. The ordering process was a clean, professional, no pressure experience. Tiffany was also able to assist me with making a modification to my order about a week after it was placed. I reached out to Tiffany in a panic when I realized I had made a mistake. Tiffany calmed me down and over the next few days I felt like I had the whole Planet dealership working on my behalf to correct my mistake. And they did ! I took delivery of my new 2021 RAM Rebel a week ago and I couldn’t be any happier with it.So far, I have to say that this has been the best new truck purchasing experience I have had. I am hopeful, and expectant, that my post-purchase experience will be just as smooth and professional. Ive purchased three Dodge Rams from Planet Jeep over the years. Their sales team is top notch. Peter T. Is great. No pressure from him when discussing what Im willing to pay. He always seems to get me in my price range....The folks at planet jeep dont try to oversell you features that are usually a waste of money. Financing was pretty simple with no hard sell to buy extra products such as extended warranty or gap insurance. Didnt spend more than a couple hours in the dealership to complete the entire process. The only thing I would recommend is to get a bigger waiting area when your dropping of your car for service. They have limited seats. Besides that, the service team is pretty good and usually get your car/ truck fixed on the first visit. Overall, its a pretty good place to purchase a vehicle.

I had my oil changed on Saturday, June 12th. The man taking my order behind the desk was extremely kind, pleasant and all in all provided a great first impression. Stopped by this morning with my wifes Jeep. The muffler had become disconnected from the front exhaust pipe. I had put the muffler back into the front exhaust pipe, but it needed a clamp. I had no appointment, but they brought the jeep in after a small wait. After doing a 23-point safety check, they put an an exhaust clamp on to secure the connection. They did all this all in a timely fashion, and then they surprised me by telling me it was no charge. It was was not expected, very generous, and much appreciated. I had an excellent experience custom ordering a new Wrangler at Planet Jeep. The sales consultant Mike Power was knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in making sure I was happy. His time estimate for delivery was spot on at six weeks. We had a bit of back and forth on price over a couple of days, but ultimately they were able to accommodate a deal I thought was fair.Delivery and pickup went smoothly and financial paperwork was handled in a matter of minutes once we sat down. The final handover was completed by Dan Aldo who patiently took the time to explain vehicle features and answer all my questions.Notably, both finance and sales were able to accommodate a last second change on my part which pushed my scheduled pickup time forward a full day. Not every retailer would be accommodating of this situation, but the staff here found a solution and took care of me ahead of schedule.Overall, the staff at Planet Jeep across multiple departments was a pleasure to deal with and made getting a new vehicle relatively painless. Id give this place 0 stars if I could.

Just leased a new Wrangler from Planet and the salesman Hunter went above and beyond. Laid back atmosphere with no pressure or pushy tactics and no phony deals or prices. He came in on his day off so I could take it home on that day. He also jumped through hoops to get my plates transferred because we were getting the runaround with the former leasing company and the DMV. I was going to have to do it all myself at the registry and even though the deal was done and I was going to take care of the plate transfer he was still working behind the scenes on ways to make it happen. Long story short Hunter contacted me and said everything was all set and he got the transfer complete. “Come down and pick up your registration and stickers.” I couldn’t even get an appointment with the registry until January 8th. All around great service from sales, finance/business office (Joe & Donna) and always have excellent service from the service department. They have taken care of many repairs and warranty issues for me and my wife and every time they resolved the issue! I think I would typically just go to the dealer with the better deal but for now if I’m staying with Jeep I am doing all my future purchases and service at Planet. I will be recommending them to anyone looking as well. Thank you.
