I went to Ferguson to see about a new cartridge for my shower/tub. I was greeted by J.V. and he couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable about my problem and quickly resolved the issue. He has so much personality and kindness, that it was such a pleasure to do business here. J.V. is an invaluable employee and I know that I will frequent this store because of him. I knew this was going to be a good experience when we arrived and secured a front row parking spot. (one of my top priorities when reviewing an establishment) Employees were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They determined the best product for our needs and provided it promptly. Plenty of seating is offered at the checkout counter so you don’t end up wasting any precious energy standing to pay. (my second priority when determining a review score)10/10 would recommend

I can not recommend this plumbing supply store enough! I have been in here w few times and received outstanding service every time. They really take their time to make sure you have the part you need and seem genuinely happy to help. If you need plumbing parts, hit three guys up!!

Needed special drain traps for our business and could not find them anywhere at major hardware stores. Ferguson was able to have them for me the next day! Everyone in this business is so friendly and courteous! Highly recommend them!

Very helpful staff. I am not the technician type and thought I was in a pickle. But these gentlemen helped me out and a nice young fella even carried my bag out to my truck.

This is one of those annoying places where the five guys behind the counter dont acknowledge the customers presence. They just gab to each other while Im clearly standing there needing assistance. The one gentleman who helped me was very pleasant once his phone call was over. After all that waiting they did not have a single Delta shower handle in stock.

Jeff Vinson is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I arrived with very little knowledge of what I needed to purchase to repair my faucet. Jeff patiently helped identify the parts and pieces I needed and even provided the phone number of the manufacturer to get the discontinued part. He also helped me find pieces to repair another faucet instead of me having to buy a whole new faucet. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. I went back two months later as I had difficulty getting in touch with one of the manufacturers and he took the time to call the company with me at the moment! 5 stars to Ferguson’s and to Jeff Vinson!

I was advised to try Ferguson Plumbing after not being able to get a white kitchen sink ring for the garbage disposal that had broken. Different employees at Lowe’s had sent me 3 different places. When I entered Ferguson’s the two employees acknowledged me but were waiting on customers. One employee said he honestly didn’t think he had what I was looking for since they were no longer produced. The 2nd employee said, if you can let me finish up with this customer I think I do have what you need. He went to his stock room and brought me the white ring! Since they no longer make it he didn’t charge me! He had placed items in a box in case someone needed it! I have misplaced his card with his name but he was a nice looking African American. He is such a good advocate for Ferguson’s and hopefully is paid well! I won’t forget this place because of him!

I had been working with several different associates to secure the trim parts necessary to connect a Mountain Products stopper with an MTI free standing tub. No luck until I stopped at their Franklin location and met with Chris Lassiter. He defined the problem and had everything addressed and ordered for overnight delivery in roughly 15 minutes.

Went to buy a part for an air conditioner. The HVAC counter employee wanted to know what account to bill. I told him it was for me and I don’t have an account. He then said it was illegal for him to sell it. Funny thing, a competitor sold it to me shortly afterwards. They lost a sale and a future customer. I have no reason to use them again.

One of my least favorite places to go. Be prepared that if youre not clearly part of the employees plumbing or HVAC club you will be put through their ridicule. Ive been here many times and its always the same uncomfortable experience. I wait patiently for an employee who is chatting it up with his tradesman buddies. When hes ready, hell begrudgingly help you with your parts sizing you up for your knowledge in plumbing or HVAC. Once they realize Im not part of their field, they start in on critiquing my project, all the code violations Im breaking, how itll never work, etc. All with the point of showing me theyre more knowledgeable.I was asked to buy a condensate pump by my HVAC guy. I showed the employee behind the counter a picture of the space I was going to have it installed in and he layed into me about code violations while the other HVAC guys around the counter all laughed. I just wanted to buy a pump and didnt ask him for his criticism. I left annoyed and not wanting to ever come back.Ive been there many times over the years and its always basically the same story. Ive resorted to waiting 24 hours and buying from Amazon. Far less critiquing. I only go there if I absolutely need it that day. Honestly, I feel like Id rather turn the water off at my house and wait it out overnight for Amazon to deliver a part than to go back there.The reason why a place like this could survive against an Amazon is that they have in-person knowledgeable staff. They should be a resource for helping work through a project and project problem solving.

We have been using Ferguson for well over 20 years. They are good people. If there’s a mistake, they make it right.
