Nice products but customer service lacking. Have purchased considerable amount of home decor recently for bedroom remodel the most recent of which were several decorative pillows. When buying we were explicitly told if anything - no exceptions - didnt work, we had 30 days to return for refund or exchange. When we tried to exchange one pillow, we were treated as something of a burden and that it wasnt allowed. No longer a customer.

I truly love the products from this store and have made many purchases over the past several years. Their line of products always seem to be the simple, clean design that I am looking for, which makes decorating or redecorating a breeze! However, maybe its an effort to continue to support brick and mortar stores in an online age, but Pottery Barn really needs to get into the modern era of online shopping. Their shipping prices are exorbitant....any purchase over $200 will cost you 10% of the total for shipping. Insanity! Should you make a purchase online and take the hit for the shipping, dont use a gift card because if you return the product in store, you will not immediately get a gift card with the credited funds on it in the store so that you can continue shopping for an alternative item. Instead, you will get a piece of paper that tells you your gift card will arrive in the mail. Ridiculous! Its almost like theyre trying to keep you from shopping with Pottery Barn... At least online, anyways.

Our Design Studio Specialist, Kaylee, was very knowledgeable, and helpful. She didn’t rush us, and she was easy to work with. Our actual order won’t be in for a few months, so we can’t speak to the delivery process yet, but we will definitely be back to shop PB Franklin.

When most people hear the title, they typically say, “yeah, mean people really do suck!” Then I can see them reflecting. And some of them admit that they are wondering, “wait, is he talking about me?”Best answer I can give you: If you are wondering if you have empathy, you probably don’t. And if you are wondering if you are mean or suck, well who doesn’t? I tell a few stories in the book about times when I was not at my best. Just ask my wife. She’ll tell you. We’ve all been there.

Wow. Great sales staff and manager. This review isnt for the merchandise, let me tell you these employees rock. We were in the store when a 50+ aged couple came in. The clerk gently reminded them to put on a mask. The woman began arguing with the clerk that she was going to exercise her right of freedom. The clerk reiterated politely to please put on a mask. The lady asked, why? The clerk answered, its company policy. These shoppers were so rude. The guy jumps in raising his voice to her, and the manager came over and asked them to leave. Twice! Then the manager turned to us and asked us how she could help us. This was a tense situation that was handled extremely professional by Pottery Barn staff. Kudos! I didnt get their names, but it was Friday 1/22 at about 6pm in Franklin TN. #Potterybarn

We placed an order on line and our item (Down Alternative Pillow Insert, 24Item #: 1862199) was delivered today from this store. We can clearly see that the item is used with stains and even a red hair. We paid for a new one, not a used one. Definitely returning the item and hopefully next time we get a new one.

This is a REAL Pottery Barn that is glad you stopped in and helps you if you want it. (Not like the Horrible store near Green Hills.) I had a gift certificate and knew one item I wanted to order. Christi was wonderful and patient as I tried to decide what else to buy. Decision made, order placed, and signed up for Key Holder Rewards program. Thanks again Christi!

My dealings with the Cold Spings Pottery Barn were all by phone. Sharon went the extra mile to help me purchase a pillow sham to match the one I already had. My local store didnt have one. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received even though my purchase was minimal. Thank you Sharon.

Do NOT order custom pieces from this company. I ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered between May 20-June 2nd. By July 8th, I still didnt have it. No apology, no notice, no explanation. After finally getting it scheduled for delivery, they called last minute and said they couldnt make it. I rescheduled for Saturday, but they no showed. Both times Ive stayed home in the 2 hour window to make sure I could be there to receive the delivery, which is an enormous waste of time. After attempting to call on 3 different occasions and e-mailing them to get my delivery, I was disconnected twice, put on hold for over 10 minutes THEN disconnected again. Of course, Ive not gotten a response to my e-mail either. When I finally got someone on the phone, they couldnt give me a status and said they would have to call back. This has been a giant inconvenience and incredibly frustrating for the amount of money Ive spent with this company.

My wife and I went and purchased a wicker basket for about 250 bucks. the salesperson told us that if it doesnt work bring it back and we can get a refund. it didnt work so she took the receipt and the basket back the following day. at that point she was told we have to have the original card that was used to purchase it or give you a store credit. now Im having to drive back over to the store after she dropped the basket there this morning to receive a refund for our product. just another sleazy way this scumbag retailer tries to keep your money and give you a store credit I will never shop here again.
