I absolutely adore Brayton. He is always extremely helpful and with my dads cars and my stepdad. He is clear about pricing and kind to everyone that comes in especially older people. He makes them feel like he hears them and listens patiently and I truly appreciate that. Plus the car is always great after he addresses issues and tells me what I can do to keep the cars ok.
While driving from Florida to Indiana, my car displayed multiple warnings requiring immediate attention about 900 miles into the 1,000 mile trip. I called Bradley Chevrolet, and spoke with Holly, who invited me to stop in, despite her busy schedule. Squeezing me in, Holly personally handled getting my car looked at today. Holly was super knowledgeable, and carefully explained everything, and even gave me a free car wash coupon after making sure everything was in tip top shape, and most of all, safe. Took my car here for my semi annual oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and the service was very affordable. The waiting area is pretty tiny they do have a soda fountain and coffee machine for free beverages while you wait.
I had an oil change at Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, IN. While I waited They had free soft drinks in the lounge and a TV to watch. It was about 2 hours before my car was done but the time kind of flew by. I have 2 more oil changes to get before the end of the month and I will be going back there.
Great service department! Holly, the service writer was very friendly and professional. The technician that worked on my Cruze was able to program my BCM in a timely manner and correctly the first time. Something a different Chevrolet dealer was unable to do correctly.Thank You!
Awful Service department! I had an appointment at 11 am to get oil changed and the tires rotated and Im still sitting here two hours later. The excuse they gave me is that theyre slow but efficient. The lady at the desk was very helpful and sympathetic for the time spent. Id give her 4 stars.

I took my truck in for a air bag recall. They did whatever was necessary for the recall. I had mentioned that the airbag light was coming on periodically. I was called to picked up my truck. When I got the keys the clerk said it should be out front or somewhere outback. When I found the truck, I read the paperwork. It noted that the Air Bag light was on due to a code error. I would have thought the service rep would have discussed with me about options to take care of the issue.
John Hubler Jr. and the rest of the team at Bradley Hubler Chevrolet did a great job to find me something that I wanted and offered me a no BS deal on my trade-in. I appreciate all the work they did to make this happen. They responded better than several other dealerships I was trying to work with. Great job and keep up the great work!!!
Ive had several trips to Bradley Chevrolet service department adding accessories to my Silverado. The service department has always been helpful and friendly.
I had friendly interactions. But, there was a mistake made by the salesperson on my sale. She told me I was getting a level 2 portable charger. It was an extra $535. I agreed to that. However, When I realized it was just another level 1 portable charger I brought it back. they wouldn’t trade it for a level two, they wouldn’t charge me the extra $60 and let me trade it, all they would do is charge me another $595 for a third portable charger. When I was upset by this, because having a level two portable charger was actually a big reason for buying the car, they said “maybe” they’d give me a discount or sell me the charger “at cost.” Needless to say, they haven’t responded to my follow ups in a week and a half. The reason it took me so long to complete this survey for chevy is I was waiting on them to make their lie during the sales process right. They refuse to do so. I’ll make sure to never come back, which is a shame because they do have a great service department as I’ve been a service client for years. My father in-law is a local athletic director and town board member. I’ll make sure he tells folks NOT to buy from this dealership. That their honest folks are only in the service dept.
I had an excellent service from David Puglia (Sales). He was very supportive and kept me informed about order status throughout the entire ordering process.
The reality is there is a chip crisis, John did everything he could to keep me updated as to when the vehicle would arrive or even what the process of it was. This is a much different experience than I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I WILL use Bradly Hubler again.
I observed only one teck in the service area at the work station consistently. Holly was always helping someone as there were plenty to help and no workers to be seen. Are you short of help?, lack management? Or dont care about the customers! Im not sure I would recommend others to your service area@

Holly was so sweet! She found a recall for my wiper problem and charged me only 1/2 labor because it was not a bulb for my light but a wire! She is the BEST!

Administratively and technically the experience was very good. It always has been, each time Ive had service work performed over the past several years on different vehicles. Rob, the service writer, does a fine job and is most cordial and accommodating. As far as Im able to determine, the service technician did an exemplary job, as well. I do have an issue, though, with the prices charged for parts, and dont understand why theyre so high. I understand that its necessary to make a profit in order to remain in business, but other Chevrolet dealers advertise exactly the same parts on-line for half the price or less than you charge. I realize that they charge for shipping and handling, in addition to the price for the part, because Ive purchased many parts that way, but even with that their prices are still far below yours.

Stopped by on the 4th to look at trucks. I had stopped at 4 other dealerships that day, and never once had anyone come talk to me since I stayed in the lot and it was a cold day. 5 minutes after arriving, Rob Sheets came out and introduced himself and gave me a nice handshake asking me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a truck and he asked what I specifically wanted. I told him I wanted a 4 door, with 4 wheel drive, and a V8. He said that we could go inside and sit down and take a look at their inventory.After going inside and sitting down, found out he was a Marine veteran as well and had a pleasant time swapping stories. We found the truck I had already been eyeing online and it was at this location. He grabbed the keys and pulled it around and went for a test drive. I drove out to my dads house and brought him along for part of the test drive.When we got back to the house, Rob stepped out of the vehicle and gave me a chance to confer with my dad. After my dad got out and Rob got back in he asked So did we get dads approval?After this everything was very pleasant. I applied for my loan through my bank, and even though it wasnt approved by the time I left they let me take the truck home.If I need another vehicle in the future, and if I still live near Franklin, I will definitely be returning to this dealership.

Bought a used truck from there driver and middle console tore up told by salesman if I bought trucktruck they would repair been three months and no response I have sent 3 people there to buy cars I only filled out for 1 referral been three weeks and nothing was told when they get their money I will get mine but they sure took 1000.00 dollars down. We drove off the lot in our new truck in less than 3 hours. John Hubler Jr. was our salesperson and he was great to work with. He treated us very well. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles here over the years and received great service. We also use there service department and receive the same great service each time.We recently had a vehicle involved in an accident and our insurance company gave use several collision centers in the area. We decided to take our vehicle here expecting the same great service.This is not what happened. We took the vehicle in and they took photos and told us they would get a quote together and get back with us later that day. Eight days later we finally received a call back stating they were sending the quote to our insurance. Two days after that we received a call that they were ordering the parts and would call when they arrived to schedule repairs.Long story short we finally dropped the vehicle off Sunday night. I called on Monday to make sure they got the car and they stated they just got it checked in. I asked when the vehicle might be ready. This is when the details were finally covered with me on the work that was going to be completed and it would take about five days.I called Friday morning and was told that they just received the keys and had to do a quality check and it would be ready. I asked if they had a timeline so that I could schedule transportation to pick up the vehicle and was told about thirty minutes and we would receive a call. We went in about an hour after that and the vehicle was not ready. Our fault for not waiting for the call and just taking their word.I expressed my concerns with the lack of communication and misinformation with us from the beginning of the process to the end and they were more argumentative than understanding to my feedback.Update: While picking up the vehicle after waiting for them to complete their quality check we had to point out that the mirror is the wrong color and doesnt match the other side. Waiting for a new part now.

Needed warranty service on my car. Rob is who I got stuck with. He is extremely rude and insulting. I have dealt with him one other time and had the same experience. Also, when they checked the air filter, they just placed the cover back on it, not tightening the screws at all. I am in the market for a new vehicle, but based on this service experience, I doubt I will come there to purchase. Something has happened to Bradley. You used to have very friendly sales staff and managers, and a helpful and friendly service department staff that did a great job. Not sure what has happened there, but it is driving my business elsewhere.
We took our car in for a basic oil change and the service tech evidently didnt replace the air filter back properly after checking it. Our vehicle lurched and stalled and wouldnt get up to speed, causing us to believe something was terribly wrong with it. Not great service if you ask us!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. However, even though there was a sign that stated everyone must wear a mask indoors and masks were available for anyone who needed one, I felt very uncomfortable because there was a female customer who never wore a mask the entire time I was there. Also I saw more than one staff member who wore their mask under their nose. Improper positioning of a mask defeats its purpose. I will not return to this business, due to lax enforcement of the mask mandate. I have an immuno-compromised loved one and do not want to expose them to the virus. The infection rate is increasing and this is a serious concern. Anyone in the higher risk categories or who come in contact with those at high risk should avoid entering this business at this time.

Got called in for them to pay off our car and get us into a new car.... they didnt give us the value of the loan..fine.... we were going to leave and sell our car on our own however. When we told them this, Richie the used car manager marched over and, told us that we wouldnt even come close to getting to the value we had told them. Then Bradley lists the car for 3,000 dollars more than were going to sell it for. This place is shistey! This after being loyal customers and coming back to buy our third car through them! Find another car dealership! would leave 0 stars if I could. Congrats you made a multimillionaire more money and screwed over a little guy for thousands of dollars.....great business.......

Stopped by for eval and pictures. Discussed work to include tailgate small dent repair, rear quarter repair and paint touch up on hood. Dropped vehicle off after insurance company approved for repairs. Received vehicle 3 days later and paint on hood not done and rear tailgate not repaired. Didnt complete job prior to picking vehicle up. Now must be inconvenienced again for the job to be completed per agreement.

I like Aaron the sales person, he listened to me and tried to get me the trucks that I wanted to look at so that I could pick the one that I wanted. Aaron listen and found out that I knew what I was talking about and just showed me the things about the truck that I couldn’t find out on the internet. I have a Chevrolet dealership in my home town but I wouldn’t go to them they just want to make a sale and get the truck off the lot.

I bought a red 2012 Camaro V6 that I love the looks of. The vinyl stripes are worn but Austin is a good dealer and was able to provide me with new stripes and is covering the cost of installation as part of the deal. This along with a reasonable price sold me on the Camaro. As long as the installation of the stripes works out as planned, then this is a 5-star review from me. Austin is part of a solid team and they provided for a comfortable car-buying experience that I would recommend!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dave. I feel like he cared and went the extra mile. My wife is also happy with Daves going out of the way. We are totally satisfied with Daves attention to all of our needs and wants.

I bought my car from this dealership a few years back. Normally have not had issues with trying to be sold extra items that are not necessary. Today I brought my car in for oil change/tire rotation and was told I needed my cabin air filter changed for $49. I changed this myself last week and even wrote the date on the filter. I know its nothing big, but how many other times have they pulled something like this with the other services I have had. Kind of lost my trust on this one.I will continue to bring in for oil change and tire rotation, but I think I will take it elsewhere for other issues. Who knows if what I am being told is correct or if they are trying to just add stuff on.
After having 3 poor experiences over the weekend at three different dealerships (Toyota) I came to Bradly with low hopes. I was greeted with a friendly smile and hospitality. I was upside down on my current car and they found a loan for me. Not where I wanted it to be, but due to the banking rules not due to lack of effort.
I just bought a new malibu. Austin was my salesman and he went out of his way to help me. I was in a car accident and he helped with the whole process. I couldnt be more pleased. Everyone there was great. I will recommend Auston and everyone at Bradley Hubler Franklin
