First there was only 1 employee that we could find, there were not any fitting rooms open and no public access to an elevator. So this old man had to fold up my walker and hold it while going down the escalator. Not Safe.

Its a good place to shop for kids clothes and clothes for big.However this time we buy Linespa mattress protector, and its awesome.

Cant figure why this company has let their stores go to the dogs. Looks like they are on the Sears path of decline now.

Absolute dump. Looks like a clothes bomb went off, especially in Mens Clearance section. Dated. Dirty. Broken tile flooring. We got in and got out.. Time to start over here.

DO NOT WORK HERE..!! The managers say one thing in the meeting then soon as the customer yells they get there way and makes the employees look bad. It’s about the same degrees in store then outside and they took away our fans. Constantly watching you like your a toddler. Favoritism and not all employees actually work but the employees that do get the black lash. Terrible company. Don’t recommend..!!

They had something similar to what I was looking for. Just didnt have as much stock as I had expected . Kinda disappointed. Seems every thing is on linte and I dont like buying clothes without trying them on.

As much as I love JCPenney, they need to also sell long curvy pants for us taller girls with hips. Not every woman is petite or regular curvy..... also, if were in the store, we didnt waft to order online. Again, I love JCPenney but their pant selection leaves something to be desired.

Nice staff that made our return easy. The store is stuffed with stuff, kind of makes it a bit cluttered. Everythings on sale so I got my dress shirt for a penny! Also, its July and theyre playing Christmas music!!

Store hours are currently 12-6 all week long but the Google master wont let me edit. Save yourself an unnecessary trip and plan accordingly.

I visited Sephora with my mother and had the best time with the beauty consultants. They are very knowledgeable and spent almost an hour with us. This is the BEST service Ive received from any Sephora location in TN.

I placed two separate orders with them and they got both of them wrong. Neither order was what I ordered and wasnt even the item I ordered. How can you get that wrong. The person that put that together must have been drunk or something. I thought, how unbelievable. It wasnt the person at the store when I ordered it, it was at distribution is the problem. The ones putting this stuff together and packing it up. The people at the JC Penney Store in the Mall are great!, Its in distribution thats the problem. P.I.

There is a wide variety of products to choose from and good deals on the clearance rack. The only issue I had was trying to check out. I think I stood in line at one of the only open registers in the store for about 15 minutes, along with a bunch of other people

Bought a pearl necklace. Clasp was broken. Sales clerk said Penneys could not fix it because I did not take out a service plan. Returned pearl necklace. Will not return to JC Penney due to poor service & hard to find someone to wait on me.

Bought a coat for my mother at Christmas and they left the alarm button on the coat had to take it one hour and a half back to store in Nashville

I dont usually shop here, and Ive just been reminded why. There was only one register open on the entire second floor, with about 10 people in line. I couldnt find a single associate on the floor to assist in finding an item. I was looking for crib sheets as I had a gift certificate from a baby shower. I ended up handing it to another mom who was shopping and walked out.

Each year around Christmas JCPENNEY puts on a pretty good sale on tennis shoes. We tend to wear a pair of walking shoes out each year...

This is a great place to get your hair services. All the stylists are amazing at color, foils, unique looks, spiral perms for long hair. What ever you are looking for, relaxers all different textures and types JCPENNEY salon is great.

Ninety eight percent of the time find what Im looking for in the drapery dept. and the sales personnel are knowledgable and very helpful.

The mall is desolate. Its the perfect time to shop!

You need a scanner in your store. It is inconvenient to have to go and scan your items to see what the price is. There werent any deals on kids clothing. I use to be able to rack up at JCP. Not so much.

This store is located just in the corner of Galleria .This store has quite lots of stuff to shop and beauty segment is quite large with ample amount of choice from different brands .

STOP HAVING TEENS WORK THE REGISTER BY THEMSELF! They didn’t know where anything was, there customer service skills are horrible and even when you need help they don’t even know how to direct you to someone that can help.

First, I should say I ended up be satisfied with my purchase. Sale prices are pretty good. The store its self is a total mess. Mens department was a wreck. I spent a long time trying to find pants in my size since there was no order to the racks. It was like being at a yard sale.

They have amazing sales . Very helpful staff . We got some really good deals on clothing for the kids & ourselves. Good variety for all .

I found the clothes with lots of variety and reasonable prices. Bought shorts and tops. Will recommend this store.

I love JCPennys...but this store was extremely unorganized and chaotic. All the clothes were messed up and out of order. In the shoe department there were so many shoes just laying around and the boxes opened everywhere. I get that they didnt make all the messes, but it is their store and it seems they should try and make a better effort to keep things in order.

Placed an online order to have picked up in store. Add my husband as the pick up person and they wouldn’t give him the items unless he provides the last four digits of my credit card number, even though on the jcpenney email it states that all that is needed is a photo ID and the email provided. Called JCP customer service and they confirmed that what was written in the email was correct. Tried to call the store multiple times and got no answer and no help.

We like Pennys stores. I usually pay cash. We had visitors from Delaware and we took them to JC Pennys

Its been a week since Black Friday. The store is a mess, the selection is horrible. I understand they cant do much on product until they get their truck but after a week, youd think they would have it organized again. Clerk was friendly that checked us out, but customer service when we asked for help in shoes was not very professional.

We come here for budget clothing options. Availability of common sizes can be a challenge for the style that you want. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Clerks are super helpful. Disappointed the suit selection in Mens big and tall section only had black or blue. No options for sports coats of any kind.
