Love this place! For some reason Michelle’s sandwiches are very tasty, I go to any other honey dew and they don’t taste the same! Very friendly staff!! Love it there

Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I didnt get the buy one get one free after 5p. I bought a dozen figured I would only have to pay for 6 of them. Selections was poor and they tasted like the doughnuts was there all day. I was not too thrilled to see a guy sitting in the lounge with no mask on in these trying times. Will not be going back to this location because of these issues.

I used to be a regular here up until my experience with this newer woman they had hired, who appeared to be full time because she was always the one serving us. im guessing food service, particularly fast paced, is not her thing since shes always stressed and doesnt bother hiding it. always forgetting our order, every time she made our sandwiches or burritos, they were cold and weirdly enough, watery... we had gone through drive thru, and ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. not a whole lot to ask for. when we got up to the window, she asked us to circle back around so she could serve the guy behind us first since he only had 1 coffee. weird, but whatever, we did. we then noticed there were 4 more cars after the one that was behind us, got irritated, and left. why should we have to wait when we ordered first? we had priority. we came back twice after that before we never came back again. the first time, she shoved aside the girl who was serving us to angrily confront us about why we left her with all this food and coffee, without her mask on. we told her straight up we didnt think it was fair to make us wait since there were multiple cars in line. she gave us attitude saying we should have came inside to pick it up....we went through drive thru to avoid going inside. like what? the last time, another girl was serving us again, and she came to the window, without her mask, just to give us the nastiest look she could muster.never have i had such a nasty experience with a customer service worker.i recommend saving yourself the aggravation and going to the dunkin up the st. they are way more pleasant, and the one time they made us wait, they had us pull up to the front, and less than 5 minutes later they brought us our order, and even a bag of free donuts to make up for the wait, which we didnt ask for or need but really appreciated.

Place is hit or miss...sometimes you get your order quick and with a pleasant person waiting on you. Other times you get someone waiting on you who is having an off day and is shows.

The Mgr. Alecia customer service to me was outstanding. So much that I mailed a thank you note snail mail.

This is usually my go to place. I have not been here since they re-opened and I will not be back! I ordered a mocha madness which tasted awful and nothing like a mocha madness, a blueberry donut and received a glazed one! I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant which was still frozen and unediable!

By 3PM very little selection was left. Coffee okay.

Clean facility, fresh food, good coffee, snacks. Restroom is very clean. The app could be a bit better and allow mobile ordering like other places.

Love their Mocha Madness coffee, and this place just open up again under new management and owner I believe and the service is very good,and the hours are pretty good,there are open to 8, the old hours were not very convenient, this is definitely an upgrade. I am glad it stayed a Honey Dew and I am glad they are running it well.

Maybe im biased but i live off of their iced coffees, best flavors and all sugar free! I basically live here, one of the staff (no longer works there) used to know my order by heart and made it for me the second I walked in! SOS Im too young to be a regular.

The worst coffees I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a mocha madness and a large iced coffee and both of them tasted like dirty water. After asking the woman to remake one of them, she proceeded to make it wrong 4 more times and then completely ignore me when it was still not right. Stay away from this place and save your money.

Food and coffee are great, but 90% of the staff is constantly miserable. Ive lived within 5 miles from them for a few years and its always the same, just miserable employees

Its like dunkin but cheaper for some items. I just get their sandwiches and bagels. Which are good, but not great

I love honey dew but the one on east central street is a bit ridiculous as far as customer service. Many time I have gone and tried to get a smoothie and have been told their machine is broken, (I personally think they just dont feel like making it)I have gone to the drive thru and sat there and nobody says anything, go inside and the person at the counter is just talking to another customer or is outside smoking. Also, today, it is 6:20 PM sign says they close at 8 PM. Go to the drive thru, no answer. Go to the door and it is locked. Someone inside mopping but cant be bothered to acknowledge that there is a customer.WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.You cant just lock the door, or go out for a cigarette whenever you feel like it. The customer makes your paycheck, if you lose customers you lose your paycheck.
