Good coffee, I had a cup of the Ethiopian blend black. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next chance I get. Also noteworthy… it’s located in a really cool area of downtown. Check out the Bottleworks hotel if you have time and the Garage across the street is a great place for lunch.

My new favorite place in Franklin! Sooooo delicious! I want try more. This is a sugar free vanilla chai frap. They have great hours and loads of flavors!

I stopped by this local coffee shop for the first time this morning and ordered a coffee. The owner was very helpful. I ended up spending about 45 minutes in there chatting about the start of the business and everything. I good locally owned shop owned and operated by a very humble business owner. I will return. My friends and I stopped in today to give this place a try. I was so impressed with the drink menu! All three of us enjoyed every sip of our drinks. We chatted with the owner for awhile who was very friendly and didn’t mind our company. This just may be my new favorite coffee shop in Franklin. If you are downtown, I highly recommend giving The Local grind a try!They also have a HUGE fall flavors menu!

They offer a mini questionnaire about your favorite flavors to make the perfect drink for you. Also they have wide straws 👌

Great customer service & cute, cozy atmosphere.

We went in and it was nice and quiet. The young lady answered all our questions and made us some incredible drinks, which we drank and had great conversation about this beautiful downtown. Delicious drinks for sure!

I have to agree with a review that said the manager was rude. We’ve been in there twice, each time was the same experience, and two other people that I know went there, also said the same thing. She seems rather annoyed that people don’t know what they want, but she should expect that considering it’s a new business, and she does have so many options. I was suggest putting a menu board outside so people can read what they want before they go in. The bad service is quite surprising considering opening a new establishment during a pandemic- one would think the Customer Service would be stellar. While the customer service isn’t great, and the set up is a little funky inside. I will say her drinks are really good. It’s unfortunate though after two times of the same service we will not be returning.
