I don’t know what it is but everytime I’ve visited this ulta no one says anything to me. No hello, do you need anything, can I help you find something. Me and my friend were literally standing in front of each other but on opposite shelves and this girl asked my white friend if she needed anything but did not speak a word to me (black) at all, while I have a hand full of items in my hand. I understand that Franklin is a Predominately white area but my African American money is also just as good.

I am so disappointed in the quality of service from the Ulta Website. I am closing my account and not shopping there ever again. I too angry to speak about it.

My wife love this store and buys alot of her make up products from here and other Ulta locations when we travel.

So I went here yesterday to pick up some perfume I love and take my mom in for her first time to Ulta. This was her very first time so the fact that the person who checked us out was so rude was really upsetting. Everyone else was extremely polite and very helpful! But as we went to check out I know they have to ask about a card and all whatever, thats fine but I said no. The person continued to ask 3 more times and I said no each time pokitely and they judt simply stated Youd save $24 I said that understand that but no thank you. She had a severe sigh w/ attitude and was very rude also in hanfing my mother the bag witb out items and rolled he reyes at us. I was just trying to buy perfume and show my mom a new store but she was so off out by the lady she told me she doesnt feel comfortable ever goinf back there at least to this location in particular. Bad day? I dont know it was over the top for no reason but there are more kinder people at other locations who I will definitely be visiting instead :/

My daughter went all over town looking for a certain cologne for her dad. Everyone was sold out but Ronnie held the last bottle. We really appreciated the extra effort. Happy holidays.

I love Ulta! They were so helpful at this location. I couldnt remember what product I was looking for, and they asked a couple questions and we found it within 5 minutes. Made my day how eager the associate was to help me.

I was able to find the items I needed. However the checkout queue did not allow sufficient spacing for covid safety.

This location’s hours on both Google and the mall’s directory said that they open at 11am, so I went ahead and drove out there early since I have to be somewhere at 12 (I live 40 mins away). When I got there at 11:40am, they still hadn’t opened. Even the hours on their door said that they open at 11am, and you could see all of the girls standing inside, but the doors were locked. I understand that times are different now and it may have been an emergency closure or temporary hour change, but at least put a sign outside the door stating what the real hours are and why you aren’t open instead of just standing inside laughing at the people walking up.

They failed to post correct hours displayed online or on the doors of the store. Worker inside just stares at us instead of coming out and telling us they’re closed. Hire better workers

I love this place. Today was the first time I stepped onto this store. To be honest their products are cheaper than Sephoras and have better deals. For example, my friend and I got a face mask at Sephora for 8 dollars that was 1.4 ounces. Also beware we were trying to share this. When we went to Ulta and we found a face mask for 7 dollars that was 3.4 ounces and the same quality. See the difference!

Do not use their curbside pick up option, unless you want to wait 35+ minutes. Edited to add- I reached out as recommended below, and nothing else came of it.

This is a great Ulta location. The employees are very friendly. The lighting and atmosphere is great. I like that they have luxury and drugstore brands for a variety of interests. Good location as well. Overall, a good place to buy your cosmetics!

I was there with my niece and daughter we were in the store for about 40 minutes I bought around 5 items and not once did any employee say hi to us...guess we didnt meet their standards of hiness. My sweet niece joked about it and said I guess everybody is on vacation at the same time. But it was a good teaching lesson for my 13 year old daughter and my 14 year old niece because that was on the list of what NOT to do ever when you work you make everyone feel welcomed.

Reason why I rated a 5 star. Ulta Beauty in Franklin TN is definitely one of my top favorite places to shop at for my cosmetic and beauty needs. I am able to find products throughout the store very easily. The prices are can vary depending on products. Yet still affordable. Staff is awesome, super friendly, and very helpful! Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Customer Service is outstanding! I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this Ulta Beauty location 100%. 💖😊💖

Love, Love, Love this store!! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!! My favorite shopping trips are when the shampoo goes on sale.... just wished their warehouse would ship enough so they wouldn’t run out. They ran out the day after their restock day. They only get 1 shipment a week which is crazy!! We had to wait till the last week of the sale to get everything we needed & still went to 2 different Ulta’s to get everything.

My facial was wonderful!My haircut is another story. I was the last appointment of the day, so Im not sure if my stylist was just not having it, but she destroyed upwards of two and a half years of growth. She indicated shed be taking 3-4 inches off my hair, and she took 6-8 inches. I could not stop crying for 3 days after that. On top of how short she cut it, she did not give me any of the style I asked for. I wanted cascading layers, a V shape, and a face frame. I was given a basic chop, and I had to use my own shears when I got home to achieve the face frame I asked for.They refunded me (which took TWO months) including my tip.I hope that this is a one off happening, and that nobody else has to experience this, but its going to take me years to recover from what she did in 40 minutes.

Stephen was so patient with me and showed me some amazing new products and how to apply them! Answered ALL my questions and even showed me how to retrieve a coupon off their website at checkout! Such a great experience. It was my first time here and I can’t wait to run out of my new stuff so I can come back lol.

Ultra at One Hundred Oaks I would not recommend (my 3rd and last trip to that location). Take the time and go to the location in Cool Springs, clean, helpful, not rude, plenty of stock.

Love the salon all the stylist are amazing. Working as a stylist makes me nit picky about my hair, but I trust all my coworkers with my hair!!! I went from a light blond to a deep red color in my hair. I talked with many people with multiple ideas about this decision before making it since it is so easy to do red poorly!Lesia did an amazing job; she worked with me on exactly what tone, level and highlights I wanted. She explained what Cooper would do and what Violet would do as well as made great suggestions on how to style and finish my new hair to match my busy lifestyle. She has made multiple recommendations on products that have been spot on to what I need based on our conversations to make my life easier and my look better!She has a great personality and really listens to what you say before making a recommendation! I gave her 5 stars because 6 was not available!

I avoid this Ulta at all costs if I can. Sales associates seem like they don’t know what they’re talking about and I feel like I get bombarded every time I go in there with 10 employees asking if I need help. Not sure if they get over staffed some days? I also signed up for the store credit card after the girl asked if I wanted to and she seemed completely shocked by me saying yes and then had no clue what to do from there. She also didn’t seem to know a lot about the card when I had questions. Absolutely love Ulta as a company! However the management/employees for this location isn’t awesome.

Stoped by really quick before leaving for a trip. One of the girls working there helped me and my friend to find our shades in a concealer and was very eager to answer our questions!

I never liked getting my hair done because I couldnt find anyone that could manage my curly hair and get it as straight as I liked.. until I started going to Shannon! Now shes the only person I trust to trim, wash, and straighten my hair. Also, with her Redken product recommendations, my hair is now the longest and healthiest its been in years. I highly recommend checking out the salon if youre looking for a new stylist or new products.

Most of the store was blocked off due to some class set up which is understandable but the workers were too busy setting up to be bothered to assist. The cashier girl was very snobby and snatched things from me and threw a box that was a put back on the counter behind her. She then asked me if I wanted a bag for my items....no Im just going to carry them out in my hands??? Yes a bag please! Overall good stock of items and all their holiday gift sets are great values but staff is a no go.

I went here twice to get my eyebrows done and it was wonderful. Well that girl quit and its been a nightmare since then. I made an appointment and showed up only to find that the girl had already left (I was even early). It was my only opportunity before a big event so that didnt go well. Then a few weeks later I finally get a REAL appointment and she makes them uneven and so light that I can barely even tell a difference. THEN I try to call to make an appointment, get put on hold for 20 minutes to find the appointment book (part of which I was not actually on hold and could hear the employees conversations), then some random person picks up the phone because I can only assume it was laying on the counter and nicely asks if I need help then informing me that there is no eyebrow person on the day I wanted to schedule. I wish he had picked up first. I will not be going back.

Wow, the employees are SOOOO much nicer at this location compared to the 100 Oaks store!! Was going to pick up some face primer but when I saw the line to check out, which was insanely long, I decided to pass. But other than that, its a nice store.

Ulta is always clean and I always find the staff helpful! A helpful too would be that the sample makeup wipes are in Clinique, so you can wipe off all those eyeshadow swatches. Im also looking forward to the extended colourpop display!

The store is overly crowded with merch so it feels cluttered. I was looking for a certain type of concealer, and had to interrupt 3 sales people who were deep in conversation and had been since I arrived. The store has a good selection and average prices. I think the workers at Sephora (particularly the location Im JCPenneys are much more helpful..

Nice store, Taryn in the salon is incredible and she has a customer for life now, also, she is great with every hair type.

Store staff can only recommend the products they personally are familiar with or use, not what would work for me. Ive have to return items twice to get the right bronzer, foundation etc.If you ship something, expect 7-10 days for delivery. Worst experience in buying cosmetics.

A bit disappointed with the service in this store. They do have quite a nice collection of products in a great variety, which makes me stop by sometimes, but otherwise its not a very exciting store: if you have coupons or discounts, you can be sure they are NOT going to work for what you’re interested in buying. If they advertise around the store about free gifts with certain amount purchases, then in most cases, you’ll find out they are out of the gifts, when you go pay! Today I wanted to buy a make-up product, but my shade was not on the shelf. I asked one of the girls and she told me right away that its sold out. While I was still around checking on my phone its availability online, another girl approached me asking if I needed help: I told her too what I was looking for and she told me to wait a minute for her to check for it. She went to the back and came with a few boxes of the shade I needed. I was grateful, but my experience today reflects a lot what you can expect from the store.

Very helpful & friendly staff who dont mind walking around with me in search of items, or giving advice on makeup/hair products for a girl on a budget.

Went to get my hair cut and colored. Apt was at 3. The stylist was late. Sweet girl however, my hair is really thick. She had no idea how to cut thick hair and how to thin it out. Mid cut, she left to take care of a customers wax. That was ok. She came back to do the color. I kid you not, my apt last 5 in a half ever loving hours. She cut and played with each strand of hair. I was becoming to anxious as each half hour went by. I kept telling myself surely it was because it will be the best color. She put every darn product in my hair which has never happened. My color looks horrible. Doesn’t even look colored. My cut is even more horrible. Looks like peppermint patty. The ends are so thick. When i asked her to keep thinning she told me “this is the last time I’m doing it”. Hmmm. I just sat 5 in a half hours. What?! Surely I wasn’t paying $170 for this. I asked the girls at the counter to speak to a manager. One of the girls was great. The other girl acted like she has never talked to a customer before and was trying to tell me that I needed a hug. Great, but that won’t fix the issue. The manager took down cost to $119, which is still too much for a color that doesn’t look colored and for a peppermint patty hair cut. She wanted me to come back but I don’t have time. My husband took the day off work so I could go to an orientation because we are new to Tennessee and we don’t know a single person. I have 2 daughters (3 years and 3 mo.) so I cannot go and get my hair fixed because I don’t have the time. The two stars is only because they heard my complaint and the manager “helped” the situation. The hair stylist gets a negative star. I’m not sure she is equipped to handle all types of hair.

I’ve had my hair done at Ulta at least 5 times. They botched it everytime except for 1. The last time I went my head hurt so bad from the lady yanking on my hair so I hadn’t gone back until 3 years later. I made an app for all over color and ombré and the lady ONLY bleached the tips of my hair and I still ended up paying $200 for ugly hair. It’s looks so awful. I can’t even look in the mirror without wanting to cry because I’d been growing my hair out and was so happy with how long it was. 2 days after I got it done I couldn’t stand it and cut 3 inches off to take out the absolute worst of the color, still leaving tons of it behind. Considering how light my hair already was I don’t know how you could possibly mess it up. Don’t even take the risk. Go to Studio Gaven. It’s actually worth the money and you walk out happy.Really wish I could post pictures of what I wanted and how it turned out.

My first experience at the salon in Ulta was a cut & color by Shannon, the Salon Manager. The salon is nice, very clean, and the staff was professional. I will definitely be back!

Wish i could give 0 stars, first time there, i usually go to the ulta at 100 oaks which is WAY better, but was at the mall & decided to try this one out. As soon as i got in there, me & my friend was followed the WHOLE time in & heard rude comments from the employee as i quote “ i can do this all day” as she continued to follow me. Just felt VERY harassed and uncomfortable. Will NEVER go back

Shannon always do a fantastic job coloring my hair and covering my hard to color grey hair. The salon is very clean and the stylists are always very friendly. Great customer service.

The location is great, it is by the Cool Springs Mall. The parking can be difficult during busy hours. Some of their staff are nice, friendly and knowledgable, some arent.

A girls playground! Love it at Ulta. They have anything nearly any brand of make up u would want from NARS to Benefit to Too Faced to the less priced brands like Loreal. They also have hair products from shampoos, conditioners, anti frizz to shine products. Along with that they have every brand of flat iron, curling iron, hair dryer etc. They carry face products as well such as anti wrinkle creams, moisturizers, masks etc. They also carry hair color & body products. Theres more but its so big its hard to take it all in & retain it. I believe they have a small hair salon in bk of the store as well. Lines at check out can be long but they usually have plenty of cashiers to make it go quickly.

I love ulta. You can get high end makeup, (urban decay, benefit, too faced, clinique etc.) drug store brands and ulta brands. Ive heard people say they cant afford ulta, but they usually have really good sales on drug store brands making them cheaper than drug stores. Also ulta brand products are good from my experience and comparatively inexpensive from the high end brands.

No one spoke or asked if I needed help. U had to find my item on my own, which was a $59.27 transaction.

Maddie was a star, and employees regularly check in to see if you need help. Fantastic service, personable employees; would certainly recommend.

You can find almost any beauty item you need here from high end dept/store products creams makeup to lower end drug store items they have a nice selection of hair care and hair alliances Irons ect a Salon make an appt to get your hair done when you come in one stop shop.They sell nail polish, perfumes .My favorite brands Philosophy, Bare Essentials, Urban Decay, Laura Geller, It Cosmetics, OpI, Essie and Alterna for hair just to name a few.

My mom received a cut and color from Leisa that I booked an appointment with her. She is very energetic and dedicated to her work. She puts so much thought into the process of making her guest happy. I have been wanting to be a burgundy but more on the violet side than the red and Leisa listened and recommended what exactly would be the best with my hair. I have long, thick hair and am a natural ash blonde so to be able to be what hair color I truly want to be is great. My first appointment with Leisa was amazing she truly listened to what I wanted before suggesting what works best. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you want an excellent experience.

I really wish I could rate a zero, but I cant. I just moved to the area and Ulta is conveniently still open when I get off work. I wanted the simplist haircut. It was the worst haircut Ive ever had... please dont go to Kenley! I went from long hair wanting a few inches off, to now having a short bob to have it fixed. :( it was three inches off on one side, wayyy shorter than I asked for, with a huge hole chopped out in the back of my head. Im not being dramatic when I say how horrendous it was! Im so disappointed. I recommend Studio One 20 who fixed it this morning!
