When I need equipment for my yard work. TriGreen is the only place I go to - for the last 8 years. They have the best parts/sales people. I stopped by this morning to pick up a Stihl chainsaw. Paul got me into a good saw, he started it up and gave me a quick tutorial. Great customer service!!! I have to say, dont buy that Home Depot/Lowes garbage., it might last a year if your lucky. I have blowers, riding mowers and trimmers going on 8 years now. Thanks TriGreen !P.MuuseFranklin, TN

Never again will I step foot into this dealership or recommend anyone. One week ago I wanted to buy some Stihl accessories and possibly another saw. But when I showed up I noticed they didnt carry anything. Not one saw or axe. No safety gear or chaps. I was the only customer in at that time and yet everyone seemed to be too busy to ask if I had any questions. So I walked out.I understand that time they may have just been off. I wanted to give them another chance. I called with some questions regarding product knowledge. I called THREE times and kept getting transferred by the secretary but yet couldnt get anyone else to pick up the phone. Very frustrating. So I found another Stihl distributer and gave them my business.Third time is a charm. Today I called and asked for parts. A gentleman answered (parts). I asked if they carry any transmission fluid for my d140. I was told yes. We have plenty of it. But we close in one hr so you better hurry. So I raced across town only to find all the doors locked. When I called, a very rude person that clearly didnt want to be there answered. His response when I called was I cant help you? You need parts. So the same guy who I spoke with 20 minutes ago answers parts. I explained that we just spoke and I was there to pick up the fluid but the doors locked. His response was, with the virus going around so they have to be. What do you need and I can have it brought out to you? I told him. His response was, you cant service that. It is a sealed transmission. Besides, we dont carry that fluid. I told him that we just spoke, I was told that they do and to hurry out. He then told me, no you didnt. You spoke with a salesman. He doesnt know what the hell he is talking about. So I just made another trip across town for nothing? There is obviously a pattern with this place and the employees. This can clearly be seen why all this would naturally frustrate anyone.Never again.

I’m local and occasionally need parts or supplies for my John Deere z355 mower. They have it all. I’ve tried other places, but they don’t always have what I need. Now I save myself the time & effort and just come or call ahead of time. Chances are they know what you need or can find it.

I am posting this on behalf of my husband. He has had multiple issues at this Tri Green and after a while, he just stopped going and said he would never set foot in the place again. I can tell you from personally discussing these issues with him that this place has serious management problems. My husband is done with this place and said he wasnt wasting his time on a review but I wanted to pass on my frustration. If hes just going by to pick up oil or other common items like weed eater line, its usually a smooth trip. But if you actually buy a product from them, good luck getting the correct item and supporting materials for it. We bought a riding mower and despite asking numerous times, we never did the owners manual/kit that was supposed to come with it. We continued calling and asking about getting this sent to us and its clear they dont care enough to actually follow up on anything they say. You have to call numerous times, and each time you hear the same run-around and same excuses. The bottom line is, theyre just too lazy to actually to lift a finger and do some work. How hard can it be to make a phone call to John Deere to request a kit? We had the same issue with a weed eater--the manual was not with it and because it wasnt that big of a deal, we just said we would pick it up the next time we came in. Well, its hard to pick anything up when the service people dont do their job and actually follow up on anything. And Im not complaining about one or two times--this has consistently happened numerous, numerous times. After they get the sale, theyre done. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to get off of their lazy butts and do their job, IF it involves post-sale support of any kind.

Very knowledgeable, helpful folks. They always entertain my weird obsession with all the pretty green equipment, even though I havent bought anything. Their service department is top notch and will always steer you right. My only silly gripe is the cost - some things are quite expensive.

I had a great experience with the team at TriGreen. I originally purchased the x390 riding mower and it struggled on the aggressive inclines we have on our property. The team at Trigreen promptly replaced the unit with the larger x590 mower, which was better suited for the job.Ive had the mower 6 months now and its fantastic. That bad boy makes short work of my lawn, which is much appreciated when its hot and muggy outside. The 590 has a locking rear differential, which I highly recommend if you have really steep inclines. This model also has fuel injection, which is a nice bonus for easy starting and improved fuel economy. Theyre not cheap, but theyre reliable. Also, they sell quality Stihl products!

Not the best experience. Moved from Florida to Franklin. Outrageous cost to have normal maintenance done. Then they wanted to charge me for new battery when it was perfectly good. Delayed in getting L110 back to me, POOR communication (whatever happened to Lynn)?? Eric kind of rude and someone wrote on the ticket dont deliver if no pay. Are you kidding me? Have fun going out of business if this is how you treat the thousands of people moving to Middle Tennessee. WOW!!!

This was a horrible experience from the very beginning to the end. The worst customer service I have experienced. In the end, all items discussed on several occasions and with 3 different people didnt even get fixed. It is a bad sign when the employees are bad-mouthing other employees to customers over the phone. We will never take our lawnmower there again for service.

Brought my mower in for service that I loved. Unfortunately the diagnosis was not so good ......I was bothered and inspite purchased a K&B0t@ mower which after mowing less than a quarter of my property I absolutely hated!!!!! It was like going from a Mercedes to a Sentra!!!! The service department on pickup explained everything and why and I realize it was mainly my lack of proper maintenance/knowledge that caused the failure and the sales department asked questions like what, how, and where I was mowing and steered me to the proper machine...they also showed me what SIMPLE maintenance is necessary that my original dealer never mentioned when I purchased my original machine. This is not the way it happened at the other place (not mentioning any names). Tri Green after my visit on pickup of my mower has proved to be phenomenal not in just product knowledge but also customer service. After my visit this morning I will be going Green again!!!!!You guys are awesome and this is not a paid advertisement but a genuine experience from what is now a loyal customer!!!!!Thank you Josh for making it happen, happy to be part of the Green family once again!Ray Anthony
