I have dealt with Zach Rains at Cumberland Products over a period of years. He is one of those rare human beings who actually cares whether or not your problem is solved. He is kind, patient, interested, smart, and has excellent people skills. If you need a garage or fireplace installation, I cannot think of a better person to help you than Zach.

Cumberland Products has THE BEST customer service!!! We have had minor issues with our garage door over the years and every time I call for help, they are so patient and explain what to do before sending someone out. Thank you guys for always providing the best service!!!!

After nearly eleven years one of our garage doors needed a new roller. To our surprise we found that Cumberland Products, C.H.I. Door, was co-located with Nashville Fireplaces right here in Franklin, just behind the Williamson County medical complex. When I presented the broken part it was just a couple of minutes and the required part was in my hand at a very reasonable price. We will definitely go back as I am certain normal wear will require more maintenance on our doors and I will not hesitate to call on them if I cannot do the work myself.

I recently purchased two garage doors from Cumberland Garage doors for a new construction. I made the mistake of paying in full at the order rather than only a deposit. The owner told me the day that I ordered (a Friday) that he places his orders on Tuesdays and the doors arrive the following week so I should have my doors installed two weeks later. That was in May. It is now the end of July and I still do not have my doors. I do however, have a pile of hardware in my floor that has been there for three weeks and partially installed doors that I can not open. This has essentially haulted my progress on the rest of my project as I cannot get into or out of the dwelling to work. To make matters worse, the installer has no showed me on appointments and the owner has blantantly lied to me on the phone regarding conversations with my contractor. I cannot express my displeasure strongly enough. This is not a company based upon service nor integrity.
