I was in desperate need of more Stegmeier Frontier drain track and the salesperson made sure I was taken care of. He specked out the drain and had it shipped and delivered within 24 hrs. Outstanding!!

Called 2 other places looking for a dual wall tee 10-6DWT, both places wanted to sell me single wall tee with knock outs. Not what I wanted. Called Franklin and got A guy named Kevin. He knew exactly what I was talking about and the difference between single and dual wall. He also saved me an hour drive by just puting an order in at the location closest to me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
