Entered the store in Cool Springs mall without a mask. I said that I did not have one. Employee asked me then to leave the store immediately. I asked why. He said masks were required per company policy. I said I have been vaccinated and CDC, city nor the state does not require me to wear one. He then replied fine! I’ll just refuse you service. This was fine as he has the right to do so. But it was quite hypocritical when another patron he was servicing didn’t have a mask either. When I pointed it out he said well he pulled his shirt up. A shirt is not a mask. If he is to refuse business based on biased company policy then he should hold every customer to the same standard. I will not be returning to the location and will warn others what they could be subjected to.

I needed two shirts with embroidery for my international professional basketball signing. I was told the process would 48 hours at the longest. It took a full week, and there was no compensation or sorrow for the tardiness. Because of their unprofessionalism, they made me look very unprofessional

The manager demanded a doctor’s note when I told him I could not wear a mask for medical reasons. He would not let me shop around even though I told them I had a legitimate medical reason. He also would not let other people inside the store while I was in there even though they had masks and they wanted to shop around. I had to come back a few days later to try a hat for size and again told the employee I have a medical condition so I cannot wear a mask and even showed him a doctor’s note. He did not let other people come into the store even though they had masks on. He said that he would not allow them to be in the store with me even though the store is very large. He was trying to control us. The other people were obviously fine with the fact that I couldn’t wear a mask. They indicated that they just wanted to shop. He still would not allow them in even though they had masks on and asked several times if they could come in. The employee said to me “it’s too dangerous to share air with you and we all need to keep germs to ourselves.” This store is very large and people can easily socially distance themselves without any problem, and he still would not let people in. It was very obvious the other people were very agitated with him because they just wanted to shop and did not care that I couldn’t wear a mask. Do not give this place your business.

Absolute worst customer service. I generally buy 2 new hats every few weeks and this is the worst lids I have ever been to. The tall guy is pompous and rude. Thinking about never shopping at lids again because of this experience.

Jose was outstanding with his customer service. He helped me find 3 hats for all of my kids giving awesome recommendations on color and style. Definitely a great store!

Refused my business because I wanted a custom made hat for myself. But yet they promote the use of illegal substances. This location is no good. Ive used lids in the past for custom made hats and never had an issue at other locations. Lids in general has lost a customer forever.

Good down to earth employees. Would recommend this store for anyone.

Very disappointed. Choices are very limited and hats are very expensive. On line even the MLB, NHL and NFL, khavea better selection and betterprices.

Went there to get my son his name and number on his hat and it seem like they did not want my business and when I was Counting the money out the gentleman got upset because I did not put it in his hand and told me I was Being Diss re-spec full and he called me out to fight idk why lids have people like that to work with them
