Well stocked store with a big variety of brand name products. Typically have buy one and get one half off mix and match sales very often, plus I earned a 20% off day of my choice I used this visit and earned a $15 certificate for my next visit. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The last time I ordered for pickup at this location, I received an email that my order was ready within 15 minutes. I went to pick it up the next morning, I saw it on the counter, and the lady I worked with was friendly and helpful. I just placed another order for pickup that I plan on picking up tomorrow morning. I placed the order, went to my kitchen to get a glass of water, and when I came back, I had already received the email that my order is ready for pickup!

Deb is an absolute delight. She was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful because I dont know very much. I hung on every word she said. I believe her. She helped me find what I needed and I said, you do know that you could get me to buy half the store her reply was But Id have to look at myself when I got home and I cant do that Just commendable and I will only buy from here from now on, cause I need people like Deb helping me. I observed 3 representative address the help assist others customers mean you no one was in the store but me thereby when I walked in the cashier and the other 3 representatives never offered assistance nor any acknowledgement. Poor customer service. I wish I could give ZERO star

Its very good and people there are very helpful, but I think they need some more people over there, they have only 2 executives and people have to stand and wait to ask something or to bill, but yes both of them and very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff here were super helpful and patient. My uncle needed a lot of supplements to try and help with his new diagnosis of diabetes and they were more than helpful when explaining the sugar content of different protein bars and other things. Very knowledgeable, and what they didnt know we found out together.

Great service, people always friendly and never pushy. If you have a question they are always willing to do their best to answer it for you and they are honest with you. They will tell you if they have tried a supplement or if people they know have tried it. Been a loyal customer for years.

Had a preworkout that I forgot to return after 2 months... Associate took it back with a smile on his face and gave me samples for a pre-workout that will suit me better. Extremely professional and will be bringing my business here for everything vitamins and supplements!

I go to Vitamin Shoppe for all of my supplements. They carry items, at a reasonable price, that I cant find anywhere else.

At the time that I went. The staff send bitter and unengaged. Its why I prefer to order online.

They offer buy online and oick up in store that was quick. They have good hours and ecent prices. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice selection of supplements and vitamins. The customer service is friendly but I got disappointed with what I bought here. I got the nuts and more peanut butter but when I got home and open the peanut butter it was way too dry and old. So I went back for the 2nd time and I got another peanut butter of the same kind but this time its way too watery as if someone just opened it and add oil or water on it and then resealed it. I know about the quality of nuts and more peanut butter you know and also I do but nuts and more peanut butter at GNC but its not the quality of nuts and more like what I got in this shop. As well I do go to other Vitamin Shop in other town or other states but I dont get disappointed with what I buy. This shop doesnt seem to check the product first before putting it in their shelf where they should do that first.
