The ice cream and selections were great! The employee was nice and gave us good service, but was super quiet and barely spoke 2 words to us the entire time. She was sitting at a booth on a laptop when we first came in. She immediately got up to help us, but kinda seemed like we were inconveniencing her.

Went last night at 8:30 they close at 9. The lady working was super friendly and happy to serve us. The place is super clean and cute. Overall a great experience and will be going back!!

My man loves it here. We have to stop by here like 3 times a week for him to get his fix lol. I love it here to but my body cant have ice cream in it everyday cause dairy upsets my stomach 🤦🏾‍♀️😱. Great homely business feels welcome everytime we visit here. Will be back

Pricey for what you get, and couldnt get the actual shakes we wanted as we was told she would not make them it could damage the machine.

Nice little shop.Took the family here for a treat, had never been to the store before. Very nice and clean shop.All three of us got one of their many specialty desserts and was pleasantly surprised with the prices. The lady working was so incredibly rude. We had a child with an allergy in our group so her mom informed the worker, as the sign requested, the lady stated she “could have sherbet then”. When the mom asked if all the ice creams had egg in them the worker told her “she wasn’t sure and she can’t pull out all the containers to check”. She was super short and very condescending as she took our orders. Then when one of the children didn’t see that there was a holder for the ice cream cones she made, the worker replied “its pretty obvious that its right there in the stand”. It was almost as if we were on a hidden camera show she was so incredibly rude. The ice cream was average, definitely not anything special. That combined with the rudest service guarantees our large group will never be back.

Fantastic ice cream sundaes and very clean and neat! Owner is super nice and makes sure youre happy with your order. Definitely recommend going to anyone who loves ice cream! We will be regulars.

My daughter and I stopped in for a treat and got something even more delicious. Strawberry and banana shake! We believe the owner was there and she was very nice. We love to support local and we will be back.

I went in and got an amazing banana split. Got a good deal, had good ice cream, the store was clean, and the woman behind the counter was friendly. You really cant ask for much more than that. So, next time McDonalds ice cream machine is broke come here. You wont regret it.

Stopped in on a Sunday Afternoon for a shake. Dont bother. They have no business for a reason - sub-par at best. Shake was almost watery, the attendant didnt even really care that we were there. They do so much business, she had to walk across the place to another cabinet to find lids for the shakes....yeah - its bad, dont bother.

Service and ice cream are unmatched. they dont get the traffic they deserve. hours are so amazing flavors are always changing. havent had a bad or even average visit to date.

If you haven’t been by this place u NEED to stop. The nice lady that works there (I didn’t get her name, sorry) but she changed the way I will forever eat my banana split. Omg the normal would be either two scoops of vanilla with one strawberry or the other way around.... Now she has me eating one vanilla, strawberry and cookie and cream omg soooooo gooooooddddd!!! If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The rudest lady who either works there or owns the place. Highly disappointed asked for 3 scoops of ice cream and then she was short and rude about how many sprinkles we wanted. Will never give them my money again.

Good variety of scooped ice cream. They also make sundaes, floats and milkshakes. I believe its the only ice cream parlor in Middletown.

Terrible service. We were expected to know what a regular sundae entailed in terms of flavors and toppings and when we asked, we were met with laughs and scoffs. No menu listing ingredients or toppings for us to even reference, yet were expected to know everything. Wont be returning.

Not really much of a selection but overall the ice cream was good. Wish there would have been more treats but maybe that was because we went in around 8:30 PM.
