I requested document shredding. I was told last week that I would see someone this morning at 9:00am. I called at 10:15 to find out what had happened. The woman said that it was snowing, a truck broke down, and her computer was slow. She said she would call me back and let me know the status. 2 hours later I called 3 times and no answer. Then after 3 hours 2 calls with no answer. Our building has no elevator and the bins need to be carried down the stairs. I am the only person in our office that can carry the bins. I have not been able to leave for lunch and I missed an appointment. The driver is now 4 hours late and no call and no show. Very poor customer service.UPDATE: I sent an email that said exactly what is in this review. I was sent an email from a regional manager. He said he would look into the problem and get back to me. The next day I had to call him to find out what happened. He said he would make sure the service happened the very next day at 9am. I had to make sure someone was in the office as I tweaked my back moving the boxes around on Monday. It is now noon and no driver and no phone call again.I would never call this company again.

Super efficient place to deliver a load too. Very friendly staff!
