The people who work there are very helpful and friendly

This is my favorite store in the area, great selection with a friendly staff and best of all a VERY clean store. Very unique selection of craft beer.

Love Village Mall liquors and have been A customer as long as it has been there. . Today however we realized we were out of Johnny Walker Red. Today when my 21 year old daughter stopped by i asked her to do the errand and go get it. Yes of course she didn’t have her license. ( par for the course ) however when he boyfriend from RI wanted to purchase with license He was refused. So now my 71 year old husband had to go out. Wear and mask and put himself at risk Thanks !

THE BEST LITTLE LIQUOR STORE AROUND!Fantastic craft beer selection and interesting wines are offered. The service is top notch ..if you are looking for something specific they will go out of their way to get it for you. They are hugely involved with the Pan Mass Challenge charity. They have tastings often which are a lot of fun.ALWAYS SOMETHING ON SALE.

Staff has always been unfriendly, but I didnt care much as I just got what I needed and left. But since the pandemic Ive noticed the staff does not wear masks, and theyll be within a few feet of the entryway without anything in between you and them. Just disrespectful and careless. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

They have a great selection and the staff is great. I had a problem and they rectified it immediately. I would go back all the time of I lived in the area.

They told me its against state law to accept any out of state licenses, which is simply a lie.I used to work in a liquor store, and there arent any laws like this in place. Its fine if its your store policy, but please dont lie to me and say its the law.

Not a bad liquor store in a pinch

Honestly the staff is kinda rude. Ive seen them turn people away for having something like a passport instead of an i.d. or something.like that. Also i go there weekly cuz its convenient for me and 1 time forget my license and they refuse to serve me after theyve literally seen me atleast once a week for like 6 months.... Get a grip.... They have a good selection i guess. Def overpriced compared to other liquor stores in the area.

I used to enjoy shopping here. The only place I could find Powers Irish Whiskey. But sadly their customer service has gone out the window. They are very short with when asked a question and in some instances very rude.Do yourself a favor and drive a little further down the road to Liquor World. They have a bigger wine selection, bigger beer selection and everyone there is much friendlier.

Ive got to say, its got a large wine selection if thats what youre in for, but I sort of always wonder why liquor stores always carry so many wine selections and then offer up relatively small selections of other things. I say this here because as a Scotch drinker, Id love to see more variety, but the selection here is just tiny and due to that, rather unimpressive. However, what I can say is that the staff has always been helpful, especially in offering an opinion. Just add more Scotch!

I like these place for the convenience and the large selection of beers and wines. They carry alot of microbrews and IPAs. They pretty much have everything you could possibly be looking for.

Honestly, I hate people who write bad reviews but any time I have ever walked into this store I have hated my life due to the fact that the employees are so incredibly miserable and are beyond unfriendly that I felt the need to write this review. Dont go to this store just go right down the street to liquor world. Theyre beyond friendly compared to these miserable folks...

Poor service, if you have an out of state ID they just give dirty looks and attitudes. I live in RI and work in mass, I guess if you dont live in mass they treat you like your less.

Good prices, but honestly not thrilled with the woman who helped today. I was looking for a wine that I had recently and she seemed so annoyed that I was taking my time looking around. She basically barked, Are you looking for something?! at me as though it were so annoying to her. I said no simply because I was so put off.They also always seem so distrustful that I am over 21. I look way over 21 and am in my mid-twenties.Never had an issue with an RI licence (from RI), but now I am scared to try again.Honestly may stop going because that lady just gave off terrible energy.

Very nice local store with good prices, good selection and a very friendly professional staff. Ive been going there for years and highly recommend them.

Ive tried to give this place a chance multiple times. The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming, likely because I dont look over 30. I have a mortgage and a 401(k) and these folks stare at me with such disgust. Selection is run-of-the-mill.

Good selections. Newsletter has deals. They often order unqiue beers.

Won’t sell to legally aged out of state adults without a passport who are under the age of 30 even with a matching credit card. Neighboring Rhode Islanders beware.

Wont take out of state id. Absolutely a joke of a business. Denying someone service like that is illegal. This place should be shut down.

Good selection of wine and beer, convenient location off of I-495

I am very disappointed in my experience today. I went in on my break, could not find what I was looking for or a staff member. When they finally came out they were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed that I asked for assistance. I went to purchase 3 items and they would not take my RI license. I live in RI and work in MA. Absolutely ridiculous.

The only unfortunate thing about this place is they arent particularly interested in opening on time in the morning! Supposed to open at 10:00 am, often late 10:20 or so! ☹️

Terrible customer service and wine selection in addition to random out of state purchasing laws.
