My experience here was very positive. I needed luggage. I could have gone to Wal-Mart. However I wanted quality luggage that I could use for years and pass down to my children and grandchildren, if my genes permit great grandchildren. The people that helped me in the store were fantastic. I got great service and great products.

Of course Christy Woodason would say it’s a good store, she’s the manager, but the reality is that their return policy is garbage and she won’t even come out to discuss any issues with anyone. Garbage.
