I worked for them through a temp agency and I never could have predicted all the health issues I was going to end up with and I ended up missing 4 days due to being in the hospital.. I called in on time for every day and has a dr note for them and they fired me for not being at work.. I was having tests after tests done to see if I needed surgery... staff is rude and judgemental. They are not caring at all from employees to owners.. and they except you to do the same work as someone who’s been there for 5 years on your second day! Do not work for them. They do not care about there employees on any way shape or form!

Limits bathroom access for employees

The facility at GMI is clean, the environment is friendly, and coworkers feel like family. I enjoy working for an organization that cares not only about the employees but also about the community.
