I just wanted to write this review to thank the National Seating and Mobility team for help in the process of getting my new wheelchair. The team was helpful and kind. The equipment exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process they looked out for changes that were needed. When insurance originally denied our claim the funding specialist helped us get everything approval. I cannot thank the National Seating and Mobility Team enough. I would highly recommend going to them for assistance or enquiries about anything to do with wheelchairs.

My grandmother had recently suffered from a stroke, and it was very challenging to get her around. Me and my parents decided to get a wheelchair for her from here. The process was pretty quick and easy. We can get her out of the house more often and it’s a lot easier to do so now. Thanks National Seating & Mobility!

Horrible service! I was told that new tires will be ordered for my wheelchair. After waiting for 3 month and using a reserved wheel I was told that my tires were fixed and there was no such an order. Then I found out that my appointment was canceled without my permission. I highly disappointed with them!

Still trying for 11 months to get my Dad a wheelchair. Difficult to communicate with and not getting a straight answer.
