Got here yesterday at 13:30 with a straight through load that had written on the pod Receiving 8:00 to 15:00... Was told at the check-in window that receiving is from 4 AM to 9 AM ( and I just saw an answer to one of the reviews saying that they receive until 14:30). Got here today at 4 and is now 6 and Im still waiting to be unloaded. Cant wait to see how much the Lumper fee is! Unbelievable, would not recommend!

They require to be an appointment time. They can work in but you gonna loose your extra 2-3 hours. They have lumper fee, make sure to bring a check otherwise they charge you 5$ extra for the check.

Driver here to drop load as we speak. Hours are posted until 5 . I arrived at 14:50 spoke to Mike Grosso and was told office closes daily at 2:30 so I have to wait a entire extra day to unload after driving 15 hrs to get here efficiently!!!! Would not recommend!!

Delivered a floor load to them. Took 9 hours to unload the truck. They definitely need a better lumper service.

🚛💨For truckers: brand new facility (at the time of this review), you can sleep on site, everyone was professional, friendly, and despite other drivers’ bad experiences with unloading here, they were done with us in less than an hour!! Also, our lumper for a full trailer was only $125👍

I understand the sky high lumper fee considering the consignee floor loaded hundreds of packages of Styrofoam food containers. IMHO, the responsibility for this situation should be placed squarely at the feet of the consignee for allowing the shipper to do that. ;-)

6.5 hours to unload, high lumper fee. You can overnight park at the driveway before the stop sign, just don’t leave your garbage and piss bottles otherwise you’ll ruin it for everyone.
