Working with Carpet Direct was great! Ayman was very professional and helpful. He communicated well when our first flooring choice was delayed by current shipping issues and provided helpful options. We ended up choosing a different floor which when all said and done turned out to be the better choice! The installers arrived when they were supposed to and were professional as well. We’re very pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Carpet Direct!

What an awesome experience- from the quality service, quality product and very qualified- efficient installer. It’s rare you get this kind of service these days- I purchased the high end remnants for my boys rooms he carried in his store on Wednesday and Monday it was installed. HIGHLY recommend!

Ayman is a great salesman, very polite and a nice person to do business with. The price of the carpet was much lower than anyone else, and they had the carpet we wanted.The installers (Sam and Moose) were terrible. I have pics of the furniture scrapes on freshly painted walls, 14 hammer strikes on freshly painted floor mouldings, exposed tack strip in three doorways, three very noticeable areas that were seamed together, and one area where the carpet was cut short.The second installer (Mario) fixed all of Sams errors, with the exception of the very visible seams. I would highly recommend Mario.The money I saved on the price of the carpet will now be spent on new mouldings!9/13/18All issues have been resolved. Would have rated Carpet Direct higher if it werent for the installation mishaps, then being told that the errors were my fault.Would recommend Carpet Direct, but be sure to ask for professional installers.

Seller was a man of integrity as the first carpet he sent me was defected through no fault of his own and he exchanged it at no charge to me.Good installers and good follow up by owner Ayman.

Had a window of 5 days to get a buckled carpet fixed. Said would have installer call. Gave a call back when no one called. Said installer would call. Never did. Just say you cant help, if your not going to.
