Everyone is SO insanely sweet and lovely to be around. The gentleman who did my eye exam was so patient with me since it was my first time going to an eye exam by myself. And the woman who set up my payment was so sweet, we talked about cats and shared photos and it was so enjoyable. Definitely want to make this location my go to! I usually never leave reviews but this location is great! I cant recommend it enough (:

Went there a couple times and they always overcharge you with everything. Went in today (just now) and the girl at the front desk was not pleasant and not even wearing her mask over her nose. Very blunt and seemed upset that I was asking for my script, so odd. Costco is wayyyyy better!!

I love this location fast friendly service always a great atmosphere! Very clean and organized. The doctor and staff are great they get you in and out in 45 minutes with an eye exam and purchase glasses! I was very pleased both times I have visited this location!

Everything from when I first walked in, to when I left was great! Staff was so friendly & so very nice!! I was only there for 45 minutes for exam & new glasses. Thats the fastest its ever been anywhere. Im so pleased with my glasses & cant wait for them to come in. I will always go back to this location. Thank you for your kindness & patience.

Initial visit went smoothly and was happy. When glasses were ready and I went to get them, they had wrong script for distance when I specified readers only. A return visit made less than a week later and got my readers then. No hassles, all went smooth, and was happy with the outcome.

Got in quickly for the eye exam. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I picked out a few different frames but I was undecided and the guy who was assisting me said, We have a frame similar to these that also comes in the color that you chose. He brought over a lavender wire frame that I would not have chosen because of the color and said, this frame also comes in the same brown color frame as the frames you have picked out. I tried on this pair and it suited my face perfectly. My decision was made. Without his help, I would have settled for a frame that I kind of liked, but was not totally happy with. Cant wait to get my new glasses

I was happy to see that the doctor who did my contact lens exam 2 years ago was still there. I was pleased with the exam and professionalism both times. My contacts arrived well before they were promised, and the curbside delivery took about 30 seconds! I will return!

Went in for my contact lenses class and the lady who helped me was so patient with me. Thank you I believe because of that I didn’t mess up my eye balls 😊

Very dissatisfied with the service I was provided when looking for a pair of glasses with my son. It was very rushed, we werent even there a full 15 mins. The lady who helped us just kept grabbing her choices and not even offering us to look at anything else. When she should have pointed out the options that would fit his face and let us choose from there. I could tell she was trying to rush us out so I didnt even bother pushing to look at more. Then I wasnt even offered insurance on them if he were to break or bend the frames, or even told if thats just something they cover without insurance. I usually got to Henry Ford OptimEyes, but decided to try SVS since its closer to home but now Im sorry that I did that and it wont happen again in the future.

Dr. Roose was excellent. I had extreme pain in my eye and he was able to get me in right away and take a look. While I did end up having to see an opthomologist I was so impressed with Roose and his team. They were excellent and I would recommend anyone to see them!

The staff was professional and prompt. The staff is also patient and tries to accommodate the needs of their customers.

I was very pleased with the customer service from SVS. This was my first visit to the Fraser location. The exam was prompt at my appointment time and the Dr. was kind and thorough. After the exam, I was helped to pick out glasses by a very nice man (sorry I forget his name) who was very friendly and helpful. My glasses also came earlier than they estimated as well. I was very pleased with the product and all services. I would recommend this center to friends and family!

The email appointment scheduler was amazing with how fast the response time was and how quickly i could make an appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes including me filling out paperwork. Exam was very professional and quick. I was out of their withing 30 minutes and check out went smoothly.

My appointment was flawless. The doctor exam was very professional and pleasant. My wait time was very minimal...only five minutes before seeing the doctor. Immediately after the exam...saw the nice lady Kelly, who really helped me find and fit my proper pair. The reception desk lady was just that...very friendly on both my initial visit, and then again on my pick-up day. She had me put them on and gave me a vision card, to re-check the vision script was correct. Oh, and may I add the e-mail appointment schedule was perfect with constant respoce till the correct time was decided on. Thank you for a nice completion to something so important as proper vision.

I was happy with the eye test and the purchasing process of selecting frames. There was no undue pressure to add on extras which I really appreciated. As I have not actually received my glasses yet, I cant comment on the end quality.

Knowledge and professionalism are at the top of their game. Ensure you are aware of all issues good and bad for your purchase. Great job with customer care and customer interaction. Only place I go for glasses.

Everyone in the store from the Dr. to the Assistants were pleasurable. I enjoyed not feeling like a number but like they really cared. I prefer this location above any others.

The staff was very helpful, and as a 29 year old getting glasses for the first time, I could use all the help I could get. The eye exam was quick and painless and the lady up front helpes me pick the perfect frames for my face. I would definitely recommend! I can finally see clearly.

Great experience! Fast, friendly service and the guidance I needed to pick the right frames! Highly recommend this SVS.

Very disappointed with the overall service. They made 3 sets of lenses and none of them were right. I ended up just asking for my money back.I purchased sunglasses and the lenses came back very warped the first time. I knew instantly that they were not correct. I was told to wear them for a week to make sure. I brought them back and they replaced them.The second lenses came, and they had a chip in them.The third pair came and they did not fit into the frames. So I asked to get my money back. I should have asked to keep the 2nd pair of lenses with the chip, at least I could have used them.

Everyone was very professional and courteous Didnt just try to get me to spend money i didnt need to. They gave me options and i got to make my own decisions with no pressure

This place had exceeded my expectations. The past few eye doctors Ive been too has been a bad experience. However, Dr. Roose and his staff are phenomenal!! I love that he introduces himself to all his patients, it left a great first impression on me. Hes also very patient and explained all my concerns to me. Sharon helped me pick my glasses and ordered them. She was also so kind. I am a very indecisive person and came back with a tray filled with 7 glasses! Lol. She patiently watch me try each one on and told me what she thought of each. We eventually picked out a pair we both loved. I am so happy I chose this place! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Dr Roose and his staff are amazing ! They are all so nice and helpful. Ive been to a handful of other vision places and none of them compare to the great experience Ive had here every time.

Sharon is the best and the eye doctor nailed my prescription perfectly! Very friendly and professional staff at SVS in Fraser.

The lady I had help from was AWFUL. She was unprofessional as hell every step of the way. She was calling my insurance to find my exact coverage and the entire time shes huffing and puffing like shes exasperated to have to do her job. Then I find ONE frame in the entire store I even relatively like and she tells me I cant have them because theyre too big for my awful prescription- meanwhile theyre a 1/4 inch bigger and i was told the same thing when i got my current pair but it ended up perfectly fine. She took no consideration to think that it made me feel like a burden and a waste of time with her huffing and complaining about the phone calls and she just downright denied me of what I wanted WHEN SHE WASNT EVEN WEARING GLASSES HERSELF. She had a reading pair, theres no way she really understands how this goes outside of the job aspect. She knows how to work her computer (barely), not how to help people. AVOID SHARON.
