Around 7:45pm. No greeting. Asked a question and tried to get assistance and was ignored. Might as well be a π»in this store. Went elsewhere. Maybe this is just part of CVS Halloween theme?
This pharmacy deserves 5 star rating just for the lady that works there. My husband and I used drive through to get our prescription today and this one lady (unfortunately I donβt know her name) she was super friendly and helpful! She had the sweetest voice and amazing vibe! Thank you so much!
I went in this CVS for my first Covid vaccine and I am very happy with the way they set up everything, very quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommend their service. I saw one lady complaining about how friendly they were in another post. People just canβt be happy and have to be complained about something.Update, for the second vaccine, my apt is at 10am and have to work at 10am so I came 30 min before 10am to get in line and made sure I could be done as soon as I can but I am end up waiting for them to get ready .

This CVS is convenient and close, but I try to go elsewhere. I dont need to socialize with the cashier there. I could be just running in for hemorrhoid cream and the cashier yells HELLO across the room. Unnecessarily friendly.
I want to share my experience with the CVS 33021 Garfield, Fraser, MI today 10-13-2020. Virginia helped me at the Pharmacy and she was so pleasant on helping me. Also I think she is the manager, as soon as I walked in she noticed me trying to find something, she came up and asked if she can help me and took the time to help me find the coffee. This CVS has a very beautiful set up inside. Just needed to share how well pleased to be in this Pharmacy.Satisfied CustomerAileen Lema

Dont do your Covid testing here. They say the results will take 2-4 days to come but it has been over a week for my family and we got no results yet. Find another testing center, theyd be much quicker.
Been going here for a few years and pharmacy staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Today we went in and they had a new Pharmacist (one weβve never seen before) who was cold and made us feel as if coming in for a script was inconveniencing him. Jessica the tech who helped was helpful and very nice however it was very off-putting when the pharmacist felt it was appropriate to make a comment about not being able to find the script in the system (he entered wrong birth date - script for pet). He said something like βHow hard is this?β Then stormed off to look.
Jason and pharmacy department worked with me to get the generic medicine that worked the best for medical condition. Jason put through a special order for the next day. And the next day it was there! I am feeling better already. To all the haters. It is not up to the pharmacy to know your prescription coverage and why your insurance doesnt cover this or that, or why your copay is what it is. That is a patient responsibility. I dont have my insurance through CVS. I pay for insurance every month and I expect the people I do pay monthly to handle problems. Call your insurance carrier the number is on the back of your insurance card. The pharmacist is not your mom and dad.
One pharmacist in particular is very nasty. I feel sorry for elderly folks (or anybody) that has to deal with him. What a punk.

Got my scripts transferred and the experience was seamless and great. The service was awesome and staff were friendly. They made sure all of my questions were addressed and made me feel welcomed.

Stopped in Friday to grab a few things was greeted by Kayla she was very helpful in showing me where a few things were, outstanding customer service and extremely polite! This is my new go to CVS for sure.
Wait time for Minute clinic is ridiculous. Very slow, best to make an appointment two days prior. If you are a walk up, prepare to sit for a while!!!!
The store keeps picking up the phone and hanging it up tonight! If I didnt have a question I wouldnt be trying to call! Very rude and lazy the store is supposed to close at 10pm not 9pm!
The people that work in the pharmacy here are by far the rudest. I used to use this CVS 15 yrs ago, I moved to Romeo for 3 years and now Iβm back, the pharmacist acts like your a inconveniences to him. I dropped of my scripts 2days ago. I called this morning and he still needed a couple of hours. He has been rude and judgmental This is my 2nd time going there, and last!! I have never been treated so poorly. If your not happy at your job you should keep that to yourself. Of fine your passion!!!
They usually have what you need in stock at the pharmacy. But the pharmacy staff are extremely rude. Horrible service from their pharmacy every single time. Ive been going here for years and finally had enough. Transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.
This is the best CVS in the Metro Detroit area. Most of them dont have a clinic. This one is a lifesaver.
