I bought a power steering pump for my van and it had a $50 core charge but I went to get my core charge back they said because I didnt have the piece of cardboard a cardboard box that I cant get my money back even though I have the receipt this place is awful you should have told me to keep the Box when I bought it I cant believe it will never show up here again anywhere in the country the kid behind the counter looked at me like I was a stupid horrible customer service rude rude rude
