Bulters was able to get the 4 new tires I wanted the very next day at a very reasonable price. I called to make sure they were there before heading there the following day. They had my car in and out in 30 mins. while I waited. Highly recommend. No long waits and fast.

Excellent service, very customer service focused and friendly. I called inquiring about trailer tires and got all my questions answered and Butler ordered me up a new set of the proper replacements. I brought the wheels with the old tires to their shop and they had old ones off and new ones mounted and balanced within about 20 minutes! Pricing was great, too! They just got a new customer in me and my Dad and Ill be bringing them more of my business in the future for sure.

Long story short, they squeezed me in and had my car back within like three, maybe two, days - which ended up being even more of a huge help as a co-worker ended up being out and I needed to cover more at work and didnt have backup transportation. My tires started making a lot of noise after being rotated. I brought it into them and they initially thought it could have been a wheel bearing and so we took a test drive and ended up not being a wheel bearing. However the sound did have a lot in common and they could have tried to convince me that it was but instead did not.For a very reasonable price they aligned my car and rotated my tires to put the loud ones in the back.By everything I saw they appeared to be a very friendly, upfront, and honest shop at either recommend them.

This is a good place to get tires. They were very friendly and quick.. Also a great place to go to get a tire repaired. Ive had two flats and they were able to fit me in quickly and made the repair. Best place I have gotten tires.

Ive been going to Butlers since they opened up years ago. I keep going there because they have the best prices and the best service out of all the other tire shops. They are fast and dependable. I recommend them to everybody I meet that ask me about where to get tires.

Butler tire is a family owned, honest, friendly, and helpful group of tire experts. They dont push a tire, preferring to let their customers choose for themselves. I usually ask what they put on their own vehicles that they trust their children in, and have had some excellent tires all around that arent the main brands. Competitive overall, but the service makes them best. Going there this week, in fact!

My fiance and I went to Walmart Tire Center to fix an issue with her back right tire. We went in on Sunday morning and were told they were not taking any more customers for the day. Monday afternoon, we went back and they took our vehicle in for service. After waiting over four hours, we got a call from the tire center to come pick up the vehicle. We arrived ten minutes later and were told the tire center was already closed when they called us and that we had to go to customer service to pick up the vehicle. We finally picked up the car and quickly found that the problem back right tire had not been fixed or replaced, just rotated to the front left.The next day, we took it to Butler Tire Service; they were super friendly, took us in immediately, fixed it while we waited. About a half hour later, they were done. We took it out for a test drive, and not only was the issue resolved, but the vehicle was riding as smoothly as when we first bought it! Thank you, Butler crew! Youve earned our future business!

These guys are awesome. I had them mount, balance, install new TPMS sensors for my Fusion. In and out and less than an hour. Nice guys, do great work. Oh and veer right at the fork in the road when you see the Butler Tire sign.

Im actually upset I *almost* went to some other tire place! PLACE IS LEGIT! Fast, good value, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I was a walk in, and they took care of me in lightning speed, mounted and balanced 4 tires, and not easy tires, big ol low profile 20 tires. I almost couldnt believe it when they said they were done. Will be returning for all my car needs. **i never write reviews...this place earns every star, wish I could put 6.

My girlfriend and I won a gift certificate for $500.00 to use at Butler Tire. The certificate had a expiration date of June 30, 2013. We did send a email before the expiration date but never heard anything back. So we stopped in on a Sat in October, three months after the gift certificate had expired. Talked to the gentleman at the counter and told him our story, he was very nice and professional. He explained to us that the owner wasnt there and he would make a copy of the gift Certificate and have the owner give us a call, which she never did. So I called her two weeks from when we stopped by and she said the best she could do was give me 100.00 off since the gift Certificate had expired which was only good for 6 months. It was definitely our fault for letting it expire, but I feel that she shouldve helped us out more and wouldve had new customers for life.

I got a flat tire didnt know what to do called them they came and changed my flat to my donut I followed them back to the shop most places would try and make you buy another tire they just fixed my tire that was not even messed up great service would recommend them to anyone.

Dont waste your time with the big retail tire shops, this place has better service and prices hands down..they do large rims and German imports...A ++!

I first went to Walmart in Eldersburg to have tires looked at because they werent riding right and I was concerned. Hours later, I got the car back with tires only rotated, light still on, and loud wonky tires now up front. Took car to Butler the very next day. They inspected the tire, determined it was dangerous due to uneven tread and bulging. They replaced two tires with a good brand in 1/20th the time. The tires were reasonable priced. Drive out was smooth sailing. Highly recommend!!!

In November 2015, Butler Tire sold us 4 new tires for our Audi. Best price in Frederick. Fabulous service (quality, friendly, fast). But the good news doesn’t end there.Today, July 28, 2016, my driver side rear started losing air. I called them up at 1pm and identified myself as a prior customer: Come over this afternoon.”After finishing a meeting, I arrived at about 3:20pm. They had the tire off in minutes. They quickly concluded we had a leaking valve. But in the spirit of better safe than sorry they tore it down: took the tire off the rim and inspected the inside of the tire. After finding nothing and reaffirming that the problem indeed involved the valve, they replaced the valve, remounted the tire, balanced it and put it back on the car. I left before 4pm.Incidentally, it shames me to tell you how little they asked for this same hour repair. I left feeling delighted and guilty at the same time.This tire center sits ever so slightly in the countryside. Probably 4 miles from what you might call Frederick-proper. Youll find that short trip well worth it. Theyve got a fully equipped tire center that sits on the same property as a residence — clearly a family owned and operated business.Good people, good work, good prices. It will take an emergency for me to go elsewhere for tire service ever again.Thank you, Butler Tire.

These guys are quick. I had a tire leaking at the rim and i took it to mr tire And they resealed the wrong tire. I guess they dont know driver side from passenger side. I got to stand there and watch this guy at butler. I was there for 10 maybe 15 minutes. Only 20 bucks. Mr tire charged me almost 40 and didnt even do the right one haha. I should have gone here first. I found my go to place. I have an exhaust leak right now and i found out today they fix that too. Ill be going back soon for that and Ill be going to butler from now on.
