Big store full of lots of shoes and boots. Pretty good selection. However they dont have all of the sizes for each kind of shoes. Saw a couple that I wanted, but they didnt have my size in stock. I had to choose a different brand.My mother experienced the same thing. She also had to get a different style and brand. We both were able to find shoes just not the exactly the ones we wanted.

I am extremely disappointed in customer service and confusion of return policy for tennis shoes and theyre not having the sketchers ultra max cushion shoes is not available which was recommended for me. So Im stuck with store credit card of $75.

I can usually find a couple shoes that fit me and are comfortable. However some brands may not have all the shoe sizes. Also people dont always put the correct shoes back, so you might have a size 8 with a size 9 together, then you have to hunt for the correct pair. The staff is friendly and not pushy.

Good selection. Had my size 11W in the style I wanted. Plus they are running 50% off a second pair. I really didnt need another pair, so I picked up a pair of slippers for the house.

My go-to store. Often has great finds in clearance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, esp. regarding current sales just as you enter the store.

When shopping for a pair of shoes for my wife before Christmas. All I have to say is if you are a woman and cannot find a pair of shoes that you like in there I feel sorry for your significant other.
