When we first started out looking for a custom dry bar, no one would really even give us the time of day with our design. When we spoke with Joe, he told us he could do exactly what we wanted! It was music to our ears to hear that he could do what we wanted and even gave us design tips!He was always communicating to us about our project every step of the way and even gave us contacts to reach out to for the counters and electricity.Our dry bar turned out better than we ever imagined! Thank you, Joe for all of your hard work! It was great working with you and getting to know you!

I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this business. My job was contracted last July and was supposed to be completed in early October. My job was completed in late December. I have recorded over 60 excuses from flat tires (three times), caught up on other job sites, truck in shop, pigs got out of the barn, ....you name it. The three month old Cabinets are already bubbling up in places, marring, nail pops, missing caulk, etc. I was told the missing added hidden drawers and punch list would be completed right after Christmas holiday. Its March 29th and job is still not complete. The owner is a nice guy but unfortunately, not organized or efficient. Over thirty appointments to finish the job or work on the post-follow up are cancelled within 15 minutes of when he was supposed to arrive. This owner misrepresented his capacity and project management experience.In follow up to the owner response below, this is simply false. To blame the designer or say falsities that the paint is not cracking in places or the caulk missing, etc. just shows what you are working with when you contract this company. The owner asks us to call him to schedule the punch list when we have been texting him weekly since early January to fix the issues. This is not an issue of the owner or the designer not being responsive. Multiple texts, pictures, etc. have been sent. Each week the owner says he will be here to fix and then cancels 15 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time. Buyer beware. My sole purpose in posting this is to avoid other homeowners having to go through what we have been struggling with since last summer on what was supposed to be a 2 week job.

Didnt get to use this service......When a family decides to spend thousands of dollars renovating a kitchen, you want quality materials and workmanship. You ask around, and get some knowledge, Well we were referred to Boisvert. We have made multiple attempts to contact this company and there is always an excuse or broken promises. The process and the inconvenience of a remodel is stressful enough. If you cant rely on a company to call you back, what type of service will you get once the job is under contract? No matter how good workmanship is, or thought to be, small business rely on word of mouth. Well in this case, buyer beware. The customer service bar is set low, and here is someone who is living to that bar...Just my opinion. #letdown.
