On Saturday, 5/15/21, I visited this location. I was immediately greeted by an associate, Ms. Lee, who was the single best retail associate Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was energetic, resourceful, full of brand knowledge, and clearly loves her job.I just moved into a new apartment that doesn’t allow candles, but I do like nice smells. Ms. Lee showed me a wide array of products that can help fill my new apartment with lovely smells, all without an open flame. I currently have a Macintosh gel tin warming beside me, and for the first time, this new apartment truly smells like home.Ms. Lees passion for the craft, skill with scent curation, and understanding of the product provided me with exactly what I was looking for. My apartment smells wonderful and Im happy with my purchase.I want to personally extend my highest praise to corporate, any regional and store management, and her coworkers. Ms. Lee is a shining example of what makes retail stores great, and I cant wait to return to Francis Scott Key Mall and relive this amazing retail experience.

I went to this store to get my midnight summer candle and ended up meeting 3 amazing staff members: Tara Simpson, Audrey Lindsay and Lee Kellogg. Thank you for loving everything that you do, and spreading that love in the world! Will recommend this store to everybody!

Yankee Candle has always been one of my favorites, but Lee is the reason I’ll be coming into the store instead of shopping online from now on. She is bubbly, friendly, and genuinely seems to absolutely love her job. She’s happy to give you space if you want it but also is extremely knowledgeable about the candles that are in the store if you’re not sure what you’re looking for.

Great store! The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you. They keep me coming back because they seem so sincere. They take their time with you even if the store is busy.

Lee was wonderful. Helped me figure out which scent to get for my boyfriend. Seemed to genuinely love her job and cares deeply for the customer experience. Will definitely be returning.

One of my favorite stores at the mall! The staff are always really friendly and helpful, they always have the answer to my question. Leigh and Zack especially keep me coming back in. No complaints!

Truly my home away from home. YC offers the best deals around with their Buy 2 Get 2 Free, my favorite, and so many more! The Manager, Lee, is top-notch, personable and professional. YC is addictive and I love it!

I wanted to say something about a lady named Lee she works at the Francis Scott key mall in Frederick Maryland.. She is always so in tentative to our needs and is so sweet....we enjoy going in there just to see her beautiful face and bubbly personality....
