They were absolutely amazing ! I was told by Frederick window tinting that they were not able to remove chips of my old tint and they couldnt do my car. The next day I took my car to Tint and Sound and put me on the schedule and were able to do an amazing job that I was originally told was impossible by another place. If I ever need it done again, this will be the place that I take all vehicles to. Thank you Tint and Sound for making my car look amazing!

Dropped my 2018 Subaru STI off on a Tuesday night, and by Wednesday afternoon it was done. Paid over the phone and picked up the car later that day. Today, 5 days after application, I noticed a very, very small corner of the tint in front of my front passenger window begin to peel up (very hard spot to reach on the Subaru I could barely see it. Let alone get it with my finger!!). I honestly debated even calling at all because after pushing it back down it looked alright, but they said theyll try and smooth it out or replace the tint for me if they cant fix it. Top notch, factory look. Will certainly recommend them to my clients.

I had the best experience today at Tint & Sound! I posted on Facebook a few days ago asking for recommendations for tint and so many people recommended a ton of places in Frederick. The thing that stood out to me was that the owner of Tint and Sound reached out to me personally via Facebook messenger. He told me that he could get me in the next day! I didn’t even consider any of the other recommendations because this was just so easy. Not only does my tint look amazing, the staff is also just as amazing! This has probably been the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I highly recommend them!!

I have a Pioneer unit that I bought elsewhere installed in my Miata that suddenly went bonkers (technical term). Stopped in to Tint and Sound to see if they had any bright ideas or if the unit had to be replaced. They immediately took a quick look, did a reset, got everything back to normal, and I was happily on my way in minutes. This was handled as a courtesy. You can bet that I will be back when I have audio needs for any of my vehicles.

Awesome! Was told If I could be without my car for 2 days they would be able to fit me in sooner into their schedule. So I took my car and dropped it off one afternoon around 4:00 and I was called the next day around 2:00 telling me that my car was finished. Tint & Sound installed a 10in. Pioneer sub and 250watt Rockford Fosgate amp to my factory stereo system. Everything was hooked up correctly and sounds great after a day or two breaking it in. Thanks yall! Will be back when I upgrade!

This review is a little late, but I got my windows tinted in here in 2018. I had no issues with any bubbling at all. These folks were knowledgeable and made recommendations base on my needs!

I highly recommend taking your car here to get your windows done my car looks amazing. Staff is very friendly and they got my car done quickly even with everything going on with covid. Also super clean inside and they are practicing social distance guidelines.

I’ll preface this by saying rarely write reviews. I recently brought in my Honda Accord to have tint removed off the rear and side windows. I was called later that day and told my rear defroster lines were being pulled off with the tint film. Shortly thereafter, my wife was told my two year old Honda OEM battery had died and my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. I told T&S to stop and I’d take my car elsewhere. Fast forward a week later, my car has the tint taken off by a different company in the area and had zero issues with the rear defroster lines pulling off. I couldn’t in good conscience not write this review. Hopefully this saves someone else from the headache I endured.

Love the shop and the work these guys do. This is the second time Ive taken my car to get tinted. 1st time, they beat another shops price, AND got me in and out within an hour. This time they retinted me because some storm damage. Very highly recommended!

These guys tried to sell me over priced stereo speakers i did not need. I went in for service on my stereo they installed a few years back because the speakers were coming in and out. They checked the speakers and advised that the speakers were blown and recommended $300 in parts and labor. I declined and check the speakers for myself later....the wires were broken thats it! They wont be lucky enough to see me again in this outfit.

My speakers all went out at once - no sound, still had base. Took them 15 minutes from the time they drove it in - put a new ground connection for the Amp - everything is working fine. Thank You guys. Quick, Knowledgeable, and fair.

Took my Jeep in for the front windows to be tinted and it turned out GREAT!!!Saw the set up that they had in the showroom for adding better sound so figured I would inquire about that to see what my options would be. Of course, I wanted the top of the line and the best price!!! Even though I didn’t have the budget to do the whole Jeep at that moment...doing it in steps gives me at least something for now to enjoy!!! Wanted to charge 1100 for 1 sub and amp with install... I bought 2 of the same sub and amp with install for 900 through another store... you could argue they do installs better here but my subs and amp have been working flawlessly for over a year...so I guess they just over charge.

Absolutely recommend!! Sam was so kind And helpful. I had to have my tint removed, so I scheduled an appointment. I ended up coming by to get my tint tested first to be sure I needed it removed(state legalities) he told me he could have it done within an hour, but I was hesitant because I had to be at work. Tanner removed my tint in a quality manor and I don’t think it even took 45 min. Maybe 30 at the most. They were very professional and very personable. Great experience...On top of it being less expensive than other quotes I had gotten!!

After someone answered the phone and put me on hold before I could say a word I waited for 10 minutes and 38 seconds and hung up. They came highly recommended but if this is how their customer service is I will go somewhere else. If this is how they treated me now how would it be if I had a problem? Dont know and not going to find out.

Just got my Mini Cooper S done here and I’m extremely pleased with the final product of the tint job and the wonderful service they provided me.It was super easy to get an appointment and i was able to get my car back the same day. They called me to update me throughout the day which was nice, and provided me with their honest opinions on things when I asked!I was able to get a Summer promotional offer from them through Facebook which offered the executive type of tint for only $150! That’s SO inexpensive for such a great tint job.I would definitely recommend Tint & Sound to anyone who’s looking to get a great tint job for a good price, with fantastic service along with it!

Got 2 of my cars done here on the same day. Great customer service and great work. Went with the executive tint on both and it still looks great about a year later. Also, recommended a friend to this shop and he got his car done as well. His results were just as good as mine.

Wasnt capable of installing my head unit. Wont do anything unless its easy he doesnt actually install anything other than the 6 headunits he sells. First time Ive ever tried to pay someone for work and they refused to do it all while insulting me and my vehicle.

This is a very nice place to get help with your car audio and tint work I was in a pinch my Viper remote control broke down I went in Sam the owner talk to me give me a couple options Im getting rid of vehicle so I took the cheaper option which worked out fine for the next 6 months but I will return to have my new vehicle with Windows tinted and upgrade to a better stereo, good group of people to deal with very knowledgeable about all the equipment and reasonably priced thanks again to the owner Sam.....

Tint and Sound Customizing is a top notch shop. I had my accord tinted there several months ago and they did a fantastic job. I recently purchased my new Maxima and decided to take to to T&S for tints. Again, Sam did a fantastic job on the tints. They worked super fast and the tints look amazing and they didnt leave a mess inside of my car (which has happened previously at other tint shops). Sam even took the time to talk to me about future projects for my car which they could accommodate. I am really interested in their 3M clear bra but for $1200 its at the moment. Hopefully the price will come down or theyll have some sort of special. Anyway, if youre looking for quality work then check them out!! Theyre good people!

T & S is by far the best customizing shop in Frederick. I have been a customer of theirs since 1998 and have never been disappointed with their work. The owner is very educated, honest and always has time to explain things to his customers. All of the staff is polite, friendly and provide a high level of customer service. I would never dream of taking any of my cars to any other shop for aftermarket work. They back their work 100%, keep a very clean shop and have the best prices in town. Dropped in out of the blue from Germantown, looking for suggestions on how to make my system bang better in my BMW 750LI. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and promptly showed me the difference in sound of (1) 12 inch sub vs. (2) 12 inch subs, in my car, at no cost. Not only that, the price he gave me on the 2 subs were phenomenal. I highly recommend this place and I already have plans to schedule installation in my X5. I visited this place last month because I had been noticing my sound system wasnt blasting like I knew it should. It was no more than 10min left before they were closing but they decided to help me anyway. They are very knowledgeable and approachable. The result is my system sounds better than it did when I first got it installed by another shop.

Best custom sound store in Maryland, I walked in to many other stores around the state, but all of them overcharged me by 400 dollars. These guys are awesome, came in, asked for 2 12 subwoofers with an amp and installation. They immediately said 550$ flat. I set up an appointment the next day, and it was finished in 2 hours. The install was clean and works great, the mechanic showed me all the ins and outs of the system and how to use it, and followed up with some instructions for aftercare. Very professional and nice people. Definitely coming back at some point for more speakers. [Update]: 7 months later, Everything works perfectly.

So, originally scheduled windows being tinted on my Subaru Crosstrek a week ahead of time and advised them that I would be able to drop it off. 1 day later, I called them back and advised that I would have to sit and wait due to not having a ride. They called me a day before the appointment and asked if I was still going to drop it off and be back later. I gave them the same answer that I have to sit and wait. Arrived at the place at 8:00 AM, and they asked, again, if I was dropping it off. Gave same answer as last time. They advised that there is 2 people ahead of me, and that it should only be 45 minutes before they take my car in. Another customer came in and didnt even make an appointment, and they took him in for window tinting before me. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!! Finally my car goes in at 11:00 AM and done at 1:00 PM. I waited for 5 hours for a 2 1/2 job, because they cant get their communication skills right, and cant understand that I said I would be sitting and staying, 3 TIMES!!!! The only reason theyre getting 1 star instead of 0, if it was possible, is they gave me a break on the bill cause of the wait time,.Also, the tinting looked really nice. However, their customer service and communication skills need ALOT OF WORK. I would not recommend this place, unless you want to wait in a store all day and have people cut ahead of your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!
