Sales manager is very disrespectful. He talks down to sales employees and customers. Shady business dealings. He wouldn’t appraise our trade until we were set on a car to buy. He told the sales person our trade was “irrelevant “ until we were ready to buy. I wouldn’t recommend anybody buy a vehicle from Tate. The sales manager really just came off as a scum bag and the sales associate wasn’t much better. Complete waste of time.
