I recently worked here as extra help during Mothers Day weekend and I loved it.The staff were friendly, super busy and worked long hours on their feet preping everyones orders.Very clean and sanitized kitchen as well as staff.Fresh fruit everyday all day long. Annnnd when they bake their cookies the whole shop smells absolutely amazing!Easy ordering available through their website.The delivery drivers are always on schedule with a smile on their face to make sure customers receive their goodies.These photos are of the freezer in the back room fully stocked with orders from just one time slot in the day.This was emptied and refilled about 4 times a day with orders that week.So if you go into the shop during a holiday please be kind and patient to the staff as they are very busy trying to take care of every customers needs.

Fresh and delicious fruit that is made into a wonderful arrangement. The fruit last longer than we expected. And it doesnt matter the season, the fruit is always excellent tasting. This is a perfect gift, table centerpiece for an event or just a treat for having company over. A healthy alternative to flowers. They deliver and have an easy to get to store right next to Food Lion. Fast in and fast out with plenty of free parking right next to their front door.

1st I called to pick up my order. I was told to track the order but it didnt work so instead I called the line to make an order and someone answered. When I got my order one was as expected but the other order which was supposed to be a cone cup of strawberries but instead I got strawberries in a plastic cup. See both images and tell me is this worthy of a gift to my Grandson for Valentines Day?

I’m always surprised by how good their truffles are, they have unique flavors that are worth exploring. Everyone I’ve met working there is extremely nice and truly wonderful!

Please don’t order from hereThey are so irresponsible 😡My daughters 18th birthday got her an arrangement of strawberries & wanted to pick up by 10 am so she could get them before going to college and they did NOT come through . I went to pick up at 10am like promised & wasn’t ready ended up picking them up by 3 pm . When my daughter did get her strawberries most were black & the leaves like they’ve been there for weeks super oldI will never order in this location again . So lazy no customer service whatsoever

I live in NC and my girlfriend lives in Frederick MD, I sent her an arrangement today and because of how her job is I don’t know if she is in her office all the time. Well I called today and found out she would be leaving her office sooner than expected. I called the edible arrangements in Frederick MD and they took care of it and made sure she got her gift before she left. Thank you guys and you will have a returning customer with me.

Easy online ordering with quick delivery options. Delivery instructions were followed exactly which made delivery to a office building with security very simple. Will definitely be using again.

Staff there especially the manager is VERY rude. I had asked if my delivery could be earlier in the day and followed up today. Was told they go out at 11. After 12 and deliveries still have not gone out. Manager should not be in customer service and considering how much I spent at least a little customer service. Last time I will order from this edible arrangements will call another next time. An I cant and rude attitude from the manager today!

I placed an order and paid for a special balloon and chocolate dipped strawberries. Neither one was with the order. I called and submitted an email for a refund and not one response. Very disappointed.

Buy edibles for holiday celebrations. Typically too expensive for regular purchase. NOT pleased with strawberries that were 1/3 the size for dipped and no compensation on complaint. So heres your review.

Have made many purchases from the Frederick, MD location on Yellow Springs Road. Their deliveries are on time and the fruits are always fresh.

I was a little concerned when I was not able to contact the shop to follow up on the delivery (i had found out that the doorbell/intercom where it was going did not work) but it did arrive and I am told that all of the fruit was amazing and delicious!
