Awful customer service and accountability!I was shopping for face paint. I asked two associates if their face paint would smudge or if it dried-on (my kids touch their faces all night!). Neither knew, but both assured me that it would work fine, since there were kids on the pictures in the packaging. I went home and tried it on the backs of my hands and left it for an hour. After an hour it still had an oily consistency and smeared all over my hands. I brought it back immediately. One and 1/2 hours after I bought it, they would not allow me to return it. Not even for store credit. I spent $15 on something that didnt work as advertised and was told Im sorry. This is unacceptable. I will never shop here again and I hope you dont either.

Just sad. Lacking the Halloween spirit. No fog, no animatronics, no fun. Desperately needs a vacuum cleaning.

LAME!! Crowded and lacking everything you know from a Spirit Halloween Store. Obviously couldnt afford more square footage this year. Step your game up Spirit Halloween.
