Great price on refilling propane!Sometimes you have to be a little patient as they only have 1 or 2 staff... but if the wait is too long theyll call.someone from the (corporate??) Business office to walk down and help.Staff always friendly, more country-type folks and downhome good vibes!Thanks

Amazing fuel station. Better than top-tier fuel. I only go here for my diesel fuel, no where else cuts it. Propane fill and off-road diesel as well. Highly recommended!

Great place to fill up bigger trucks

Highly recommend Southern States Propane, Frederick, MD. Kept us updated on when they would arrive. Andrew and Mark are great. Fixed our gas fireplace at no charge. Very polite. Installed our friends fireplace very reasonably.

I highly recommend Southern States Cooperative (Petroleum) company. We had a propane provider we werent happy with and planned some extensive work outside and inside regarding heat and cooking. After researching the available local companies, we chose Southern States. BEST decision ever.Andrew C., Billy, and Doug, who performed the work, were respectful, reliable, very trustworthy....and patient. :) Their work was quality and per code. They ran gas pipes, prepared hook-ups for our gas grill, outside fire pit, inside cook-top and inside fire pit.We purchased a modern gas fire pit from Southern States and they installed that as well and its beautiful!!I trust the quality of their work and their product and am so glad we found them!!

Their drivers speed through the neighborhood. If it continues they will be reported to the Sherriffs office.

Charge credit card $500 with giving the oil. All so they werent scheduled to deliver and charge til the following week.

They delivered someone elses propane to our address and then wanted immediate payment. Extremely rude customer service!

$0.80 cheaper per gallon on the propane. Hours suck though
