They would not sell me a halloween item because it was a display and they MIGHT get more in. Then when I asked if they would call me if when it goes on sale they said no its 1st come 1st serve. It clearly had a price on it for sale. Bad business practice

The very first time we went in there for furniture, the furniture manager Alexis helped us, she was very nice, professional and was able to tell us what was in stock and available, she even went to the back a few times to be sure a item was in stock, very helpful and excellent customer service. The second time we went there, Alexis wasnt there. We waited about 15 minutes before being asked if we needed help while multiple associates were standing around talking and seen us sitting in the furniture area. When we finally did attempt to get help by the manager Steve, he was extremely rude and very unprofessional so, I asked him if there was another manager there to assist us he told me no and continued to be rude. We walked away and found another associate named Travis who assisted us, he was very nice, extremely friendly and helpful. We went back today to look for more furniture and avoided getting help by Steve due to our last visit. The store manager Eric, associate Ariel and Angie were awesome, super friendly, professional and took wonderful care of us. We were very satisfied with our visit today. Overall, great store and wonderful workers there. But, Steve definitely needs some customer service training.

Pretty clean and neat. They were out of the mattress I needed as well as other furniture. The salesperson/worker was not overly friendly.

I visited right when they opened at 9am. The staff was helpful and attentive. Prices vs other places was competitive. They have deals all the time. I ship there often

Receipt or no receipt they wont take back a defective mattress I bought that came with a receipt that said I could return it as well as a warranty! I have had to haul this mattress around and threw my money away. The thing is horrible going to post a video of what it is like to lay on...unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM BIG LOTS. THEY NOW HAVE LOST MYBUSINESS

I checked the website before going to the store for an item. The web site said there were 12 of these on my store. I drove to the store and there werent any of the item in the shelf. I noticed several sales associate stocking the shelves, so I asked if they had any in the back. They said no. I said the web site says there are 12. They gave me some story about the register and inventory arent synced. I went to the parking lot and used the curb side pick up and ordered 3 of the item. 30 minutes later I got the alert my order was ready. The associates I asked were just unwilling to look. I could have saved a trip had they just looked.

While this location brings bittersweet memories from Toys R Us, this location is wonderful! It is organized and clean and the employees take pride in the appearance and upkeep of the store. Besides the great prices, the customer service is great. John, our cashier, wad very personable and patient as he looked up an item that did not have a barcode. His friendly banter was refreshing given the current pandemic atmosphere. He quoted the Lantern oath based on my boyfriends shirt and dabbed based on my teacher shirt which made us all laugh. We ended up getting a membership card as well. Keep up the great work, West Patrick Big Lots!

Such a clean store! Everything is nice and tidy and easy to find! They have a large variety of things from furniture to toiletries to groceries, and always have a huge selection of holiday decorations every holiday of the year! However nice the store may be, I have found that the staff is not always the most helpful or knowledgeable. Many times I have come in and have seen employees standing around, talking to each other when they could have been helping customers. Ive also found that cashiers arent always the nicest. But otherwise, a fantastic store to take the family to!

Today I and my friend went into the store to search for an particular living room sets furniture for my new apartment thats not too low to the floor or not too soft that youll wont be sunk into the 🛋 sofa or the loveseat, chair but some firmness to it and also comfortable and comfy too. So I kept looking until Id found exactly what I was searching for and I located 2 living room sets I like. Hopefully they will still be there when I return to the store or moved into my new apartment. I look forward to seeing you soon to purchase a new living room set furniture.

I went in to get a small bookshelf for my bedroom... And I got a small bookshelf for my bedroom! It doubles as a nightstand so its perfect! There were 2 wonderful ladies who took care of me: Ali and Nancy. I love this store because its always clean, well lit, and orderly. Great job as always, Big Lots!

This place is a joke, applied for job was told by the hiring manager I got it. After waiting a month for background check, which shouldnt have taken that long, was called and told to come in. The manger wasnt there, no explanation. Then was called again and told will put you on the schedule. Never happened the new manager said Old manager she told me wrong. So finally was able to speak to someone again which took almost 2 weeks to get on the schedule. But no start time after another week of going back and forth. When finally I spoke with the manager again (not sure if was manager or not) they were not interested and moving forward with my employment. Wasted 2 -2 1/2 months on these people. Same thing done to another employee who started and was giving the run around. This place I heard was horrible to work for anyway. Glad I dodged that unorganized headache. Overall the store is great to shop at DONT EVER APPLY FOR A JOB. UNLESS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.

Walking in the door the sales hit you in the face. Good sales. However, once inside there is not much variety of things to pick from but good prices. I give it a 7 of 10 check it out for small things they have decent furniture too.

Great deals I guess. But you could go to a discount store for example (Ollies) and get it at a way better price. So.etimes you hit luck like I found 2 rare new flavors of this juice

Very clean, absolutely no dust and wasnt crowded. Employees are very friendly and inviting. Shopping experience was wonderful, and they have one of everything within the store, basically a much easier place to find deals in a much more comfortable environment than usual grocery stores.

My first time in this Big Lots location and I was prepared to be underwhelmed based on what I had encountered in other Big Lots stores. However I was more than impressed! The store was need, clean, and well arranged. The aisles were wide enough to get carts through and there were sales associates offering assistance if needed.I complimented the associate who checked me out and she indicated that she and others had been in a few other locations and completely understood what I was saying. She said everyone was committed to maintaining the store in the best light. I will go back (prices were good on several items that I use regularly) and I will be the first to let them know if they arent keeping the store up.

Workers are very nice. Ive been to many Big Lot including different states, in my opinion this is the best well kept. The layout is great, cleanest one, and the associates are very helpful.

It has very cute home decor plus lots of practical items the day-to-day. The thing i liked the most was how clean and tidy it was. Im not sure if it is because its brand new and not getting much traffic but i would recommend this place!

Its a great store, clean and spacious. Barely any employees so prepare to wait in long lines. Its a hassle to just run in pick up something and it takes 30+ minutes just because of no employees

The carts where the little ones sit have the straps on the outside rungs and wont fit around a child. This makes it dangerous because they can stand up.

Great variety and good deals. Only issue is missing prices on some the the items but the store is still new so Im sure their still getting organized at this point

Not too pleased with the staff of this place. I attempted to apply to the store for positions that were listed on their website, and each time i called, within a week or so of each other i was met with a rude and low spirited employee. When i asked about speaking to a manager in reference to my application i was told they werent hiring. The most recent time i called i was transferred to the i suppose manager and told we arent hiring, your application will be reviewed when we are, bye and promptly hung up on. Not impressed.

I would have given this store a 5 star but it seems alot of people are not able to use theyre reward points they need a new system in order until they charge things like Kmart has the points show up under a persons phone number so until the change is done I feel myself wondering back to my same stores 🤷

Love Love Love the New Store! The manager Mary is definitely a assist to the company. We bought a couch recently during our shopping experience I watched her interaction with everyone that came in the store. She made sure everyone knew where what they wanted was and then followed back up with them. Her customer service was amazing. Special thanks to Doug for greeting us right away & helping us with purchaseing our couch. Doug was very knowledgeable on the purching options, furniture sets, sofa sets aswell as online items we had questions about. (I think he literally knew every set by name and knew the price of every piece, great for me being 9 months pregnant so I didnt have to walk around much while we were discussing colors, fabric types etc. Thank you so much for our easy experience!
