Awesome customer service. Had a capacitor go out on a mixing tank motor. Called them, and they had someone out in less than a hour. Took their time - and got us back up and running! Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with M & M. In the past they had provided good service. 1. I called on a Saturday and asked if they could work on a Rigid motor. The lady said yes without reservation. I showed up Monday and was told no they do not work on Rigid motors. I was asked if wanted them to take a look anyway,. I left it. No call beck. 2. I called about two weeks later and was told it was sitting there. The tech wanted to know if I wanted to put bearing and brushes in it. I was also told they could not test it because I did not leave a switch, which is ridiculous. Any motor tech can test a single phase motor on a bench. (If my dryer motor needed re-wiring should I bring my dryer in?).3. I asked the lady if she was interested in my feedback she said yes and then just talked over me. Obviously she did not want to consider my feedback. I will not go back

The first time I dropped off a tool for repair, I had not heard anything for 2 weeks. I stopped by to see the progress. I was asked rudely if I was called. I was not. She said wait for a call. 2 weeks later still no call. Stopped by again, went to the back to see if it was there. It had been done a week after I dropped it off. They lost the contact information.2nd time dropping off a different tool, I was told if I didnt buy the tool from them, I needed to call milwaukee and have them service it. As she handed me a piece of paper with their contact info. Rudely of course!Why have a tool repair service if you want me to send it elsewhere...well now I will gladly!

Great customer service. They looked an electronic motor on a machine for me. I thought there was something wrong with it. it turns out there was other issues and not the motor they were honest about this. Thank you for the help.

They replaced the motor from a fireplace insert that I never thought could have been done. And to top it off, they are friendly.
