I had one utility vehicle to deliver here. Upon arrival I was told I had to take it off myself. They refused to take cart off my truck and was very rude. In my contract it clearly says not to be loaded or unloaded by carrier. One guy says dont worry about it he is having a bad day. Unprofessional!
